Great place to go for a casual meal. Ate outside, and it was nice. Had stopped with a friend for lunch. We both got salid with chicken. The service was good also.

Will never come back here again. Sat down at bar, waited 10 minutes for someone to say anything. Got pretzels, there was a bug in my cheese sauce( still charged me for them) they didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Went to finally pay with my Credit card and they only took cash, ( sign very low on hostess station never show it. Couldn’t get my first card to work in there ATM. Never checked on us, never said thank you.

Been going there every time we’re in Stratford for off roading, for 4 yrs now, thing I don’t understand is they could make so much money if they stayed open till ten to 1030, the Northwoods lives and breathes on a different vibe, which I understand and respect. We’ll always be there every time we come back.

The service was great, very attentive and quick. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The booths are set up to feel private, you don’t see everyone eating around you or hearing what they’re saying. The only downfall is the booth seats are very uncomfortable, no padding on the wood and the edge of the seat digs into your legs.

To start who ever was on the phone doesnt know their own menu, lied said they dont make things my daughter orders once a week. Just terrible customer service and extremely rude on the phone. Which is sad because ive been going here for over 10 years and after today i will not be returning. The place has definitely gone down hill. Cant believe how rude and unorganized this place has become

I was vastly overcharged for a meal after ordering from an online menu (found by search: “scorpios Lancaster menu”. Worst was the staff’s absolute refusal to either be concerned about the outdated menu’s being found or the customer’s (my) dismay at the price discrepancy. I should have just returned the purchase a d returned the meal.
