Oh my! Where do I start??!!
I really can’t blame the store being it’s likely coming from corporate but the burgers are a joke. Yeah, who ever made mine wasn’t anxious about his burger skills as well but the see through meat is just a joke!
The big Carl I got didn’t like a big Carl either. I’m thinking the “chef” I’m the back forgot a “few” ingredients in mine

Long story short I just got off of work and went to get my family food. I went to Carls Jr because my family loves the number 2 which is the famous star double patty. It may have been a misunderstanding but I made sure to say a famous star with double patty. Instead of saying to bring the burger back and to make it right by remaking the double famous star the Manager kept arguing with blaming me for the mistake and then hung up on me. The customer service is always bad on the south side especially at night. I even called and talk to the manager at the Santa Fe Carla Jr and he said that they should have made it right by having us bring the burger back and remaking it for the double. He said that is how they would have handled it. Very disappointed on how this was handled.

The food was really good! The staff are so nice. I would recommend the Cali XL, onion rings and a chocolate shake. It was clean.

I went to the location on Pueblo Blvd at 915pm. Went inside and there was no workers at the counter. Waited a few minutes, even called out to see if anyone was there. We left and saw the employees outside near the back of store smoking. Went to a different place nearby and when drove back they were still outside.

My ”big Carl” was not that big how ever fries quite crunchy but nice and fresh on the inside. next is the service and it was pretty good only problem is they did not mark the food but it was served really fast the atmosphere is not good not well kept leather is fading water damage on the roof and the floor is slippery

My husband and I like to stop in every once in a while and get double western burgers with the crosscut fries, let me just tell you!!! Every time we stop by here, the ladies behind the counter are so very friendly and wonderful. One of the times we stopped by, one of the ladies, Mashonda I think, asked what we were up to that day and I told her that I was looking for some unique furniture for our new apartment and then next time we stopped by, even though it was weeks later, she remembered and asked if we found the furniture we were looking for. I can’t tell you how much that means to be remembered by someone that sees so many faces every day. Also, the food, ABSOLUTELY COOKED TO PERFECTION…. EVERY. TIME. I love all y’all here and I look forward to stopping by again soon!

Maybe they were having a bad day, asked for a specific sandwich, waited , and left, and I was not given what I asked for , manager was sweet on my return, but wasted my break , and pissed me off .. im not real critical of people working , but I dont eat out much, so , that didn’t exactly inspire me to try again.

They have a new automated order system. I asked for vegetables on the side. The automated service read back my order minus the vegetables on the side with, “is this correct?”. I asked about the vegetables… No reply. It repeats, “is this correct?” I stated, “I guess, yeah” pulled forward. The cashier is also having to run the orders out to the car. She did a great job, but the sandwich was not made very well. The automated service is pretty limited. Hopefully they get it running smoothly. We like Carl’s.
