Absolutely love this place. They are so friendly and they can whip up the most delicious drinks. The pup cup comes with a dog biscuit in the whip cream. The sizes of the drinks make you feel like you actually are getting your money’s worth. I go as often as I can!

Had the pleasure to see this location last week with the family, had a great visit, though felt as though some things needed commenting on.
The young ladies up there are the only reason the atmosphere is a two, there is an older gentleman up there who would be better suited elsewhere, such as a garbage truck route. His attitude and demeanor is not customer service friendly in my opinion. It seems hypocritical to work somewhere where the logo is a smiley face and have that attitude.
Breakfast was amazing! Bought Bacon Cheddar Sliders and a Iced Pumpkin Latte. Slider were great, especially the bacon bits. I personally didn’t like the latte, but I have a tendency to dislike pumpkin/seasonal drinks so that’s on me lol.
Overall, this is an extremely professional workplace, the line moved rather quickly, the only reason this location warrants so low of stars is that one gentleman, rather than that, would come again (as long as its not his shift lol).

So I’m not a big coffee drinker but I needed something so I tried this new place. I just told them how I liked it to taste and they delivered. I got what is called caramelicious. It’s very good. I also got the bacon ciabatta sandwich. Definitely tasty. Staff was friendly and quick with service. My favorite part though was when I was done ordering, she said “ok go ahead and scoot around to the window.” I thought that was hilarious and definitely was unexpected which is probably why I thought it was funny. I enjoyed the new coffee place in town and will be coming back. If you haven’t been definitely try it out. When I need coffee again I will be coming here from now on. Thanks!!

The only reason this is a 5 star post is because of the amazing workers that tolerate the despicable and careless corporate management at this location. It is unbelievable and absurd that workers would be left in such horrible conditions with absolutely no air conditioning and solely staying alive by using fans blowing hot air. This is a Texas summer, reaching 90-100°F and these hard workers are constantly by burning hot espresso bars that further the issue. With a good attitude, these workers brought out my drink with kindness, despite the conditions. I asked if they were being compensated for such intense labor, and they said no and that the AC had been out for a week. How miserable and exhausting. These workers deserve at least time and a half for working in such hazardous conditions. I would be concerned for my child’s safety if they worked here. This is ridiculous. Do better corporate Scooter’s, your workers deserve better.

Excellent coffee and people! I order the same drink every time I drive through. Every two or three times I come in, my order is wrong due to not hearing correctly, but I drink it anyway as to not waste product. If I could make a suggestion to repeat orders back, it may eliminate errors in orders. Thank you for such great coffee and service!
