Stopped by Friday morning for a drink and sandwich like I do almost 3 times a week on my way to work. I get to work and my sandwich is completely wrong I order no egg and the only thing on it was egg. Can not go back as I am at work and no number to call. Submit a request online and customer service is no help at all. Came back Monday morning ordered what I always do. I decided to check my food when they handed it to me and the lady at the window was super rude saying “it’s no egg” I told her I was just checking after my last incident and she slammed the window shut in the middle of my talking. Very rude service with an attitude.

If I could give this Scooters negative stars I would. Due to incompetence, laziness, the lack of listening to your customers, or the combination of all three, I have had several instances of ordering my coffee with almond milk due to being lactose intolerant, and receiving it with whole milk. I order my drink with a milk free option because I’m lactose intolerant. With the baristas completely ignoring my request, I paid extra for the milk free option, received my drink, and wasn’t able to drink hardly any of it due to the whole milk. This time I was unfortunately unable to go back to have it made correctly because I was in a time crunch. But I shouldn’t have to take my drink back to have it made correctly, nor pay extra for what I should be receiving. There’s milk in the drinks regardless, why am I paying extra when a lot of times, the lactose free alternatives are a similar price or cheaper. I’ve now been up all night spending way too much time on the toilet because of some lazy teenager that doesn’t have an ounce of listening skills. The owner of this Scooter’s needs to do better with their training, and making sure their employees care about every order. That is their job after all, it’s not that difficult to do or make the correct thing, do better!

If you order a standard drink, this place is great. If you need to alter the milk to a nut milk because you are lactose intolerant, they can’t seem to get this right. Ever. We have tried to order coffee here without regular milk multiple times and they just cant seem to get it right. I’m sure we are charged more for that milk but never get it. Nor do we get a receipt to see if it was even put into the system right. People don’t ask for different milk just because. Whatever someone asks for they should get it everytime without question.

My wife absolutely loves scooter’s coffee. They actually have chai tea. Service was fast, friendly and easy. We were done in 2 minutes.

We don’t live in the area and thought we would stop on the way to our destination and let me tell you 62 dollars and an attitude. I’ll skip it next time and keep going to the next town. I have never been talked to by someone taking my order EVER. I never got my receipt and the man was clapping his hands in my face like he was never taught how to act. He was sooo aggressive but yelled when we told him to stop the attitude and stop clapping his hands in my face. In all honesty go to McDonald’s, you’ll get more respect and probably get your money worth.

Scooters is a coffee house. Most of their revenue is from coffee sales. I went to the location at 5:30pm and was informed that they had no coffee and that if I wanted to wait to get some she could make a pot but it would take awhile. Let me get this correct: you don’t close for another hour and half and you don’t want to make a pot of coffee you would rather turn customers away. The irony of this.
