I ordered the hot matcha with vanilla and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Most times it’s more miss than hit to find a good one. The young lady at the window was friendly, courteous, and answered questions about menu items was ease. We don’t have a Scooter’s in Florida, if we did, they would get all my Dunkin money.

Busy! Long line – fast and friendly service. But both of our Hot drinks were barely lukewarm…… Yuk! Mixed review – if we weren’t traveling through, we might have gone back but…..we just had to keep driving.

Sucks because they stopped using the right kind of energy drink to make infusions. I forgot to mention that their employees seem very focused on Tiktoks and talking to their friends. The drinks might be cheaper if they weren’t paying 2 people in Alliance that spend a lot of time making tiktoks.

Visited 11-16-24 long line ordered almond vanilla latte got to the window and one young lady working alone I felt so bad for but she was great I asked what happened she said someone called in and coworker was supposed to be there but 20 minutes late. She was so nice and I could tell she was trying her best. She needs a raise . Yes I tipped her good I hope she doesn’t have to share it if and when her coworker shows up.

Girl at the drive thru was rushing us. We asked for Oatmilk and she gave us regular dairy. We’re both lactose and were traveling. She didn’t mix our drinks just poured it into the cup and told us we had to mix it ourselves. There wasn’t even a line for her to be rushing us like that. Absolutely awful service. If you’re in Alliance go to the Starbucks instead.

I came and ordered 3 drinks. A medium vanilla blender, a small peanut butter cup blender, and a large hot autumn caramel crunch. I got charged for a medium blender, a large blender, and a large hot drink. When I got our drinks, I was given 2 medium blenders and a large hot drink. The blenders tasted the way that they were supposed to, but the hot drink tasted off as if they missed one of the flavors since it was a sauce plus.
They said they were having problems with hearing me through the system, and they asked me to clarify what the hot drink was once more at the window. If they were unsure the whole time of my order, it would have been beneficial to have them ask about the whole order instead of just one drink. I sat there about 10 minutes waiting for my drink when there was about 3 girls in there.

They usually get my order right and I never complain. But I recently ordered a Red Bull Infusion with some cream and when I tasted it, it was just too heavy on the cream I could hardly taste the Red Bull. Wasn’t even very carbonated. So we went back through and asked if it could be remade with less cream and they said sure. Cool. When we got to the window the girl said “we will give it to you this one time, but next time we will charge you.” Then she gave us a new one with less cream. It was much better than the first one but why would I have to pay for a drink that needed to be remade? I’ve never heard of that, Starbucks or Caribou Coffee would never tell me something like that. I order that exact drink often and this is the first time it was made with too much cream. The customer service really changed over the last 2 years.

Not a very cheerful greeting when you come up to the menu board to order. When I pulled up to the menu board to place my order today I was greeted with “order”. I also Wish they would read back the order so you know what drink you’re getting when you get to the window because it’s not usually the drink you order. Order no whip- got a full lid full on my drink and not sure they added in the extra shot.
Over all I’ve had better experiences at other scooters and local coffee shops from the area.
