Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. We LOVE the Central City Scooters. They hire the kindest people. We usually order on the mobile app and have our order in less than 3 minutes. PLUS, when we order on the mobile app, they give us SMILES that we redeem for free drinks. Grateful they’re in Central City.

I was the only car in line and ordered a large Carmel cold brew which took forever to order because the girl was training, no big deal. I get to the window and wait iunattended for 5 minutes I say “Hello”. The girl pokes her head out and says we’re training show some grace. I say I understand but I have to be to work in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later she practically throws my drink to me without saying a word! So rude and this is who’s training this poor new girl! I’ve worked in customer service forever and this girl was terrible ! I can certainly understand someone in trading but it does not take 10 min for a cold brew coffee when no one is in line but me .

A few days ago I found myself waiting in line behind three cars for 30 minutes. Although I knew there was training happening, the lengthy wait was frustrating. To make matters worse, whenever I place an order and it gets messed up, the woman made it seem like it was my fault. There was never an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. While most of the staff is friendly and makes it right when there is a mistake, that one woman comes across as incredibly condescending.

Very basic fare, with the usual over-sweetened drinks. Surprising lack of taste in their Coffee drinks, for a coffee house. Some of the blandest coffee and espresso I’ve ever had.
Staff is generally nice and helpful, but the food their franchise requires is just bad.

Ordered 2 xl Caramelicious with an extra shot in each. Drinks weren’t full, no extra shot. If theres a different location on your route I suggest using it. This location is inconsistent and has gotten my (same) order wrong multiple times and the bacon cheeseburger sliders taste burnt pup cups are only 1/2 full. Recommend trying ANY other coffe shop before this location. Not worth the price.

I LOVE scooters coffee in central city Hailey and jamie are the absolute best and 2 other amazing ladies!! Really hate that I moved but them lady’s always dis the absolute best. I did have a down fall with 1 of the girls there darker girl with brown/black hair.

Passing through town, got drinks and some cinnamon rolls, I tipped the girls as I can see they’re working so hard, I asked for a cup of ice, the girl with black hair and Invisalign said they don’t give out ice, I said ?? I get ice in Omaha all the time at scooters what’s the issue? The girl with black hair said they have to charge it as a drink. I couldn’t believe it! I just spent $25 on drinks and she’s refusing to let me have ice. Customer service is more than your pride, please do better.
