From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

I love in n out, but was really disappointed with my last order. I got a puppy patty for my puppy and idk if it’s just me but they’re super tiny, but I feel like they added salt to it because it looked different than it usually does. My order had extra onions even though I said no onions multiple times. I feel bad cuz maybe the guy was new or tired or something but I ordered for 3 of us that day & for my puppy, so it sucked to have an issue after we all had a king day

Food: I ordered a hamburger with grilled onions, ketchup, lettuce, and tomatoes. I also got fries and a strawberry milkshake. The hamburgers and the ingredients always taste fresh! The french fries are crispy! And my strawberry milkshake was perfect!

I started going here regularly a couple months ago. My favorite spot was Tam’s burger in LA Mirada but Tam’s now want $15 for a double cheeseburger. That’s way too much. Now I go to In N Out. U can get a double double. Fries and a drink for 10 bucks. So long Tam’s. We had a good run.

I think this has had to be the worst experience we have had at an in n out. Honestly we always have a wonderful experience never not one complain at any of the locations. But they took extra long on our order I have no clue why, they called 3 numbers after ours. In addition they left out fries and I had a 2nd order of animal fries that they never got to me. I was not able to enjoy my food because food came out but I was still waiting for those animal style fries by then my food was cold and I was complaining about the other fries that I never received. I don’t know if the cashiers were new or what they heck but it was just a frustrating situation trying to get reimbursed and just getting our food. It must have been an off day but I’m glad the lead came over and fixed the issue immediately.

I always love going to In-N-Out. Their burgers are the best in the business. I grew up eating In-N-Out, but they don’t have one where I live now. Everytime I come to Southern California going to In-N-Out is non-negotiable I am going to In-N-Out. Their prices are still very reasonable…
