Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. One of my favorite locations! The staff are super bubbly, have beautiful smiles to greet you with, and the best suggestions! Drinks are always spot on and CONSISTENT. I always know what to expect when I order from here. It is for sure one of those spots that it’s worth going out of your way to go!

I ordered a medium dirty chai and they thought I said small. I recieved a small. It was still $8. In what universe is a tiny dirty chai $8? Then it tasted nothing like chai or espresso, just a cup full of intensely sweet hot sugar water. It was undrinkable. I will never order from Scooters again. Disgusting and a complete waste of money.

I feel bad that the staff seem to be overwhelmed, they are incredibly patient and kind. I do, however, dislike the overall quality of the coffee itself. I’ve tried several different options as well as customizing and no matter what, it tastes super sugary and weak.

Please consider giving your baristas the ability to refund someone when they run out of and item that was ordered. Instead, they say “you’ll have to contact corporate” and offer no alternative. How am I going to prove I didn’t get the item I ordered and why should I go out of my way to get a refund due to your mistake? Also, might be a good idea to tell people they are going to be charged for a “cup” when they ask for extra ice for their drink. Not to mention the eye rolls I got when I did ask for ice. Your prices are already higher than the competitor, I don’t think a cup of ice is going to bankrupt you. Customer service is severely lacking here.

I have been going to this scooter’s for 3 years. I always get a pup cup without a bone for my cat. Today I was told that they are required to put a bone in it as people are ordering pup cups for extra whip without having to pay for it. I’m paying 8 dollars for a coffee. I’m sure if I wanted extra whip in my coffee, I wouldn’t have a problem paying extra for it. Not to mention the hassle of digging it out of that little cup to put in my coffee. This marks an end to my scooter’s.

This location is a joke. They are out of whatever I want probably 4 out of every 5 times I try to go here. Most recently at like 6pm I ordered an Oreo blender and they told me their blenders were off for the day. What that means I have no idea but I can assume they just didn’t want to make it. Also the last 4 times I tried to order food I was told the ovens are broken. This has been over the timespan of a month or more and they are still apparently broken. Also there’s a couple people that if they are working you can plan on waiting 10-15 min for them to finish chit chatting before they ever even acknowledge you’re there. Thus has happened a handful of times. One specifically I was the only car in the drive thru and sat there 25 min and watched them talk and finally just gave up and drove away. It’s unfortunate because I love scooters and am right by this location every day but it limits my trips to scooters because I have to go to 180th location if I go because I’ve given up on this location. I just don’t usually have the time to go all the way to 180th so I usually just don’t go .
