Im giving them 3 stars because i know they’ve done better but lately they’ve been messing up a lot. Ive had wrong drinks made in the past couple months but today takes the cake for the worst service. I waited over 15 minutes in line with 5 people in front of me when I got there. They sent the person working the drinks out to take orders on a tablet which is fine but I need the board to order. I dont order the same thing each time and I wanted to look at food options. She sent me ahead to the board but then all the orders got mixed up and they had no clue what I ordered at the window (I wasnt the only one who ordered from the board) i reminded them what i ordered and they put my food in the heater then but the girl that had been outside went ahead and made the next 3 cars drinks before they asked where mine was. She then finished the drink she was making and started mine. It was 5 minutes at the window alone. Very frustrating. It made me late to work.

Went through this morning, the staff was very kind. Although I ordered a chai because Scooters chai is always delicious, but this morning was warm milk with a splash of chai, nothing like it usually is. I also ordered food which came to me cold which usually is very warm. Lastly, ordered an iced drink and it came with no straw.

Update today…returned for the peanut butter power with an extra espresso shot and my son got the butterscotch caramel latte blended with an extra shot of espresso. Our service….was the best!
I had the yummiest peanut butter drink, I have ever had in my life this afternoon. The energy after drinking it, is incredible. Peanut butter power is the name of the drink and I will recommend it to all peanut butter lover’s, who love the blended type drinks and this one packs a feel good punch, as well. Oh my what a truly incredible drink. I will be back for sure. Bet. We went through the drive thru for this drink, and the new sea salt caramalicious. My son treat me to this, new to me, coffee location and all I can say is…every town deserves a Scooter’s Coffee. I will drive the 45 miles plus to return for these drinks and to try many more on their menu. I will be happy to update this review with yummy drink photos in the future. I cannot wait to return soon.

I own a salon in Fort Scott and one of my clients brought me a Scooter’s Salted Caramelicious Latte today and OMG!! It was SO DELICIOUS!! This could easily become an addiction lol. I don’t typically buy this kind of thing-I’m more of a chai tea gal, but this could be a game changer! So thankful for my kind hearted, thoughtful clients and friends!

I stopped by on 9/13 and ordered 3 large drinks hoping to get a caffeine boost as we were beginning a long road trip. When I pulled up to the window, not the speaker box before we placed our order but the window I was rudely told that their scanner was down and so I could not scan and redeem my free drinks or pay through the app. The girl that was at the window simply turned around and asked if they couldn’t comp and was told absolutely not by the other girl making the drinks. I understand not wanting to honor the free drink a customer had in their app if they were simply ordering one drink but we ordered three large drinks, I still would have paid more than I received. When we received our drinks we knew they were poorly made as the iced mocha had not been mixed in and neither had the hot chocolate. The smoothie we ordered was also poorly blended with chunks of ice still in the cup. This was an extremely disappointing experience from a scooters regular and barista from a Texas region.

I went to Scooters the day before Christmas Eve. There were eleven cars in front of me. The line moved pretty swiftly. There was very little wait time for the orders. These ladies moved like a well-oiled machine. They were polite, friendly, and courteous. Even with the rush, they remained calm. I definitely recommend the Fort Scott location.

I absolutely love scooters. I’ve been a loyal couple times a week Customer for the past 2 years now. Once have I had a bad experience on my coffee. Some of the window people that I have met have definitely made my time worth going.

This was my third time patronizing a Scooters and it was great. My first two times (different location) were some of my worst coffee experiences ever.
This Scooters did some damage control! I got an iced mocha with oat milk, half sweet. It was very tolerable! I needed an evening pick-me-up while driving late at night and their coffee did just the trick! The employee I dealt with was very friendly.

Excellent service, not only are they quick and have a great product, I ordered a regular bold coffee, but they also saw my pup in the truck and provided him with a little dog treat. All smiles in the window and this was a fun experience on our day of travel. Kudos to the girls that were working that day!! You made Chewie and I a happy camper.
