We tried the Irani chai and the Jafrani chai, and they are easily some of the best chai we’ve ever had. The Irani chai was rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced, while the Jafrani chai really stood out—the saffron flavor was beautifully infused, smooth, and aromatic without being overpowering.
What made it even better was the texture—light, frothy, and creamy, almost like the Irani chai whipped together with saffron into something special. It felt indulgent, warm, and incredibly well made.
If you’re a chai lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. Declan Morsels clearly puts thought and care into their drinks, and it shows in every sip. Highly recommend stopping by and trying these teas.
Big shoutout to Zubu. He’s friendly, remembers you, and somehow even knows our regular order. It genuinely saves time. He’s also the kind of guy who speaks less but just gets it with a few gestures, and I love that.
My go-to order is the 65 rumali and the zafrani chai every time, and it always hits. Consistent food, good service, and a great overall experience.
Heard from few people who recommended this place so we decided to try it.
Chicken shawarma roll –
first few bites were good. Then hit the fenugreek flavor in it which ruined it for me. It tasted bitter and blah.
Chicken 65 roll –
Flavorless and boring. How can someone get chicken 65 wrong, it beats me. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Lokhmi –
Was intrigued by the name but it was just deep fried puffs. There was literally a tiny teaspoon of meat in it. It was just dough deep fried, literally oozing oil
Bun Shami-
They were the most dull and boring thing. It was literally just the patty n the bun. It was so dry that we ended up leaving it.
The zafrani chai was blah
The Suleimani chai was also nothing special.
Just by giving different names to attract people doesn’t always work.
The tables were left dirty. No one really cared to keep the place nice
The ladies next to the table were so loud, probably the owner of this place. She didn’t care if customers are there and getting bothered with her loud talking.
The worst thing was the restroom. That was pure filthy and disgusting.
When restrooms are not clean of any restaurant it shows and tells you of the hygiene of the place.
This place is also expensive, so not worth it.
Wouldn’t recommend this place and not going to waste my money here again.
On top of it the person taking order probably had something in his mouth so didn’t even speak a word. Felt more like attitude problem than anything.
Bottomline, we won’t go to this place again.
Honestly, this shows a lack of care for your customers. At the very least, serve food that’s fresh and edible. Really disappointed. Won’t be returning here again.
