Sadly had to completely delete my old review from a 3 stars to 1. I’ve recently started going back to scooters and stopped going after they completely changed their rewards system (was quicker to obtain more rewards and free drinks the old way).
The past 3 times I’ve gone here they’ve completely messed up my drink order and I don’t have to time to stop to have it fixed. I always get a latte with decaf and almond milk due to being caffeine sensitive but still loving the taste of coffee and almond milk because I can’t handle regular milk.
I’ve let the few times slip when my drinks didn’t come with the added flavor or whipped cream, but today not only was their no added flavor, no whip cream but also it was not decaf and was they used regular milk so now my stomach is hurting so bad and I’m slightly shaky from the caffeine.
To keep this from happening to someone else, please start WRITING ON THE CUPS those things to prevent someone getting sick. I will never go to Scooters again after today.

Not sure what’s going on with this location, as I go here all the time. It’s right down the street from my house, which makes it very convenient. But here lately, there has been a drop off in the quality and quantity of their food and drinks. The drink I received today, was handed to me. I noticed it was wrong, so I notified the person at the window. She recognized that it was wrong, and demanded it back. I thought this was odd, as I was already holding it, and had put a straw in it. But she stated, in order for me to get my correct order, I must give it back. Which I complied, just thought that was weird. They are also only giving three donuts, when it used to be more in a plastic container. Now it’s in a bag, and are giving out less. There are lost of places to get coffee and food. I would skip this place, as I will not be returning.
