Places order 2 large 1 medium and chicken wings over the phone and noticed the person that picked up the call was not at this location because I asked if this was the location in front of CVS pharmacy and he had to look it up. He said he was at some call canter. Anyways I don’t care as long as they get my pick up order right. 15 minutes passed and I went to pick up my order the people here said that my order was cancelled or voided. What a joke of a company or phone system. I placed the order again and had to wait for my new order and it was about 2 or 3 dollars more. If you’re management or franchisee owner please fix this mess or else you’ll be out of business soon. If you are a customer make sure you’re talking to someone from this store and not some guy/gal at a call center scratching their behind.

No clue what happened to this franchise or company as a whole. Also not sure if PJ corporate does secret shoppers anymore; if so, they clearly aren’t going to this store. Constant red edges and incomplete slices, depends on the day whether they slice a large into 6, 8, or even somewhere in between amount of slices.
Additionally, since they started using DoorDash as drivers, service has gone so quickly downhill. We always tip well, as you can tell, I was a driver at PJ many years ago. However, these lazy and incompetent DoorDashers will read “Hand it to me” on the order, after a $10 tip, and proceed to leave it on the doorstep.
I’ve given it a few chances, hoping that this was just a series of flukes and not indicative of a trend, but I am absolutely done with PJ as a whole, and will be contacting corporate Monday about this store in particular. They don’t deserve the franchise. What a joke.

I ordered a pizza from papa John’s on 4/20 around (11:34am). The pizza arrived at 12:11 doughy and lacking one topping totally. I understand that the order was called in 30 minutes before close. If this was not enough time to cook the company shouldn’t be open this late or taken my order. All this happened Saturday night. I call to complain and get no answer because they were closed, so I called Sunday morning and get a manager who is rude, argumentative and not willing to solve the proble or hear what happened when she was not there. (Papa John’s is a team oriented company and with that she could have contacted another team member to find out what happened.) First she wouldn’t even hear my complaint and then was not willing to give me the managers name from the night before. She hung up on me without giving me the GM’s number or at what location he will be at on Monday (that’s who she said I had to talk to) I really was taken back by her overall rudeness and disappointed in the overall in customer service at this location.

So, I just would like to say that for the fact even ordering through a third party app such as DoorDash or UberEats; my order on receipt was as mentioned but this store purposely gave me the wrong pizza order.
I ordered a custom order and I basically got a supreme pizza with my toppings just added on, and forgot one of my toppings; the grilled chicken. Is this how fast foods are nowadays where they don’t even care for the customers getting the correct order now? And I spent almost 30 just on the pizza alone. That’s just ridiculous that for that much money, I can’t even get the pizza I directly ordered.
Do better please. And if I could, I would rate 0 stars. Terrible food service, will not be ordering from this specific store again.

We gave this place another try. That was a mistake. Not only did it take almost two hours to get the order, but it was also dry and just terrible.

I ordered delivery today for the last time from this franchise. I ordered 2 large pizzas on garlic/cheese stuffed crust and the pizzas were pure grease. The pizza delivery guy either had the pizza turned on its side in his car or he was practicing his drifting maneuvers because the pizza were crumpled up into pizza piles in the sides of the boxes. I don’t understand the bad reviews for this location… Our pizza was ready RIGHT ON TIME, its cooked perfectly, looks great and the order is 100% accurate. We called in the order and did carry-out on a Friday around 5PM. Zero issues! Would definitely order again.

I have not ate Papa John’s in years and I have got to say this was the worst tasting wings Pizza. Everything that I have ever had. I can’t say if specifically just this location or maybe they’ve changed the way they make things but it tasted absolutely trash. What a waste of money. The service was great but the food horrible.
