I don’t understand the bad reviews for this location… Our pizza was ready RIGHT ON TIME, its cooked perfectly, looks great and the order is 100% accurate. We called in the order and did carry-out on a Friday around 5PM. Zero issues! Would definitely order again.

We keep giving them chances but it’s like every time we order it just gets worse. The drivers are always very kind so that I’m thankful for. But seriously the kitchen staff have got to get it together.. I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on. Order number 4 that just isn’t right. Extra mushrooms and it looks like they decided to do light mushrooms, second time for this now. The stuffed crust pizza we’ve ordered twice as well has been wet. I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate giving chance after chance for something I pay for to be done correctly..

It’s been a while since I order from this place. After getting my order I wish I hadn’t. I ordered a pepperoni sausage pizza with a pepperoni cheese stuffed crust and a six cheese Tuscan cheese sticks. The crust on the pizza was overdone and the cheese sticks were so greasy that when you lifted a piece grease would drop off. Absolutely disgusting. Never going to order from here again. Worst experience ever. The guy who delivered my pizza was really nice. That’s about the only good thing about this place.

So i called today just to let them know 1 of the marinara sauces was spoiled. Wasn’t looking for a replacement or a refund. I was telling them what happened, they hung up on me. I called 2 more times and they hung up on me those times too!! SOPILED TOMATO SAUCE WILL KILL SOMEONE!!!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel like I’ve been stolen from. I ordered $30 worth of food, added a 15% tip and my food didn’t show up until 2.5 hrs later. It was obviously cold and the driver literally couldn’t care less. He and the store got their money. Now I’m out this money with food I can’t eat. I called back they told me they would credit my account. But in order to use it I would have return. If you think to check reviews before ordering, please for the love of god, save your money. If I can save even one family their hard earned time and money then it’s worth it. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. NOT ONE PERSON IN THIS BUSINESS ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

The worst deliver experience I’ve ever had. Order was placed at 7PM for 3 items, pizza, flatbread, soda. App says 11-22 minutes to be delivered, email says 33 minute estimate. As of 8, the order hasn’t been delivered, the tracker app no longer has a driver on it, and the store doesn’t have a working phone and the app tries to keep you from reaching an actual person to request a refund. I have never ordered delivery from a pizza joint that wasn’t delivered or the driver didn’t at least try to reach out. This store is absolute trash.

It would have been a zero review for this rude employee- I think he is the manager. This healthy white guy. Papa John’s should have taught some politeness and manners to this person. Shame on the brand to have not given them feedback and proper training. He might be going through some personal issues or whatever but he has no rights to talk to the customer so rudely.
