This Scooters location is one of these best around. My only concern is me (Burt) paying for extra exspresso and not getting it. I am glad when the top tier high ranking baristas with the fast hands add the extra exspresso you can taste the difference. I tip those fast workers with the tips I get from my massage job. Here’s a tip: I like my latte the same way I like my men.

I am there almost daily for a morning iced galaxy and order on the app. Yesterday, I used some points for a free drink. I pull up to the window and the person said she couldn’t find me and asked if I had the right location. I double checked and yes, the location was even favorited. My points were gone so I know the order had gone through. I explained that to the person. Instead of trying to help me figure it out, I was met with “we’re not going to make you a bunch of free drinks just because you said you ordered”. First, that was incredibly rude, secondly, all I had asked was how do I figure out how to get my points back since I couldn’t be found in the system. Like I said, I go to this location almost every morning. I’ll be finding a different coffee shop if this is how people are going to be treated.

Normally I have a wonderful experience with scooter’s coffee, but this time was entirely disappointing! I ordered a turtle blender and a candy bar blender, but they got my order wrong and gave me a caramelicious. When I try to explain that this wasn’t my order they said that it was the same thing as a turtle and then they backtracked and said it was the same thing as a candy bar. If that’s the case then why have two separate drinks on the menu? I was running late for work so I had to leave, but never planning on going back to that one again! Customer service was very argumentative

First time visiting but won’t be the last. Drinks were amazing, and the worker Destiny was super nice and patient as I wasn’t familiar with the menu. The kids enjoyed the donuts.

**Editing this to 5 stars because of the managers great customer service. Reached out to rectify my complaint.**

Unfortunately my oats were a terrible consistency. First time trying the new location and first time this has ever happened. Even after letting it sit for 10 minutes it was still extremely runny. Reached out to Scooters and have heard absolutely nothing. I give 2 stars because the actual staff were very friendly outside of this issue.

Today was my first time visiting scooters, I pulled in through their drive-thru and the kind girl, Danica on the microphone made sure if I had any questions she could help. I told her what I liked, what I didn’t like, and how I was feeling and she gave me some options. I ended up getting the black and white which she recommended blended and a cookie. I enjoyed the mocha and hot cookie and her service made it even better! Keep it up Danica!

I’m a weekly customer and have been for over a year now. Within the last couple months my drinks have been coming out different everytime. The attitudes from workers are sore most of the time as well. I used to look forward to my Scooters. After yesterday, I’ll probably never go back.

The management in this location is just sad.
Visited multiple times and every time their employees are over worked and usually needing medical attention. Every occasion I’ve asked how everyone is doing, there is always someone either in distress because of how they’re being treated or needing to go to the hospital for something. Ive been in the food industry for years but this isn’t how things should be run.
I’m not sure how it’s gone on this long but there seems to be no concern for their employees or their well being. Seems to me that maybe a higher up should reevaluate who is managing and how they’re doing it??? Not sure but very concerning.

This location is friendly, efficient and serves wonderful coffee! All the workers are extremely nice and always have a smile. Even left my card by mistake once and they had it saved in a safe place when I returned a week later. Can’t say enough good things about this Scooters! Give them a try
