Met a friend for coffee, went through the drive thru to purchase our drinks and parked in the lot to sit and visit. It was very slow, no other customers. We were inside my car, we were not loud. It wasn’t even dark outside. They came out to my car to ask us to leave. We did nothing wrong. You’ve lost a customer. I have removed your app from my phone.

Always so nice always super fast and I don’t know why, but out of all the scooters in the area that I’ve tried it’s the only one that actually taste good and it’s always the same. It always tastes the same and it always taste good my favorite scooters ever such a good job!!!!

Absolutely horrible. The line took forever, the service was horrendous, the blender i got tasted like milk and wasn’t even filled up all the way, and there was ice chunks in my drink. Very disgusted by scooters, will never spend another dime!

I love this place! Always stop in to get my iced raspberry coffee with sweet cold foam before heading out to work!! They have the best tasting coffee around! Friendly and fast service always! Even if the drive thru line is full, I know I won’t get stuck in line for a long time, always is fast service and good prices!

A few years ago I gave this store 5 stars. I changed my rating because in the past couple of years, this location has drastically disappointed. Yesterday, I decided to give them one last chance. Sometime around 10 am, I went through and ordered a latte with almond milk and half sweet with honey. First, I was in line for more than 20 mins waiting for my order (I was on my way to work). Next, the barista poured in regular milk and then handed me my drink. I cannot tolerate milk and I am super anxious about ordering from this location because they almost always mess up my order–I feel like I have to watch them like a hawk. I asked her to remake it. She did, but apparently didn’t add honey like I ordered. Not only is coffee expensive and should be made correctly but I am also an insulin-dependent diabetic…that means I took my insulin expecting to be consuming honey. Not to be dramatic but if I take too much insulin (like expecting to consume carbs that are not there) I could pass out, go into a coma, and even die. I prefer Dutch Bros–they have never, to this date, messed up my order.

First time visiting this location and I love it! Drinks were spot on (chai latte and coconut latte) but what really let me to leave five stars was the staff. The young lady taking my order and the young lady taking my money were both very friendly and upbeat.

Inconsistent with making the same drink taste the same any other day. Been going to scooters for 5yrs or so now, and now the district manager is trying to tell us to go to a different coffee shop. Never had this much trouble with the independence scooters location’s. Spend a pretty penny there daily and they just don’t seem appreciative of my business..

My favorite drink here is the Blended Chai Tea. It tastes amazing! Also, anytime I go here, I always encounter someone at the drive-through window who is enthusiastic and kind. I really do appreciate that, especially when my day isn’t going to well.
