I’ve never had any problems here. Their medium roast coffee is one of my fav’s. Along with a few other coffee drinks. I love how they do coupons. Should any of this change, I will edit my review based on repeated experience.

So my first time at this establishment I see a sign in their window saying love humility and courage are their core values and then I notice they have a young girl taking orders in the drive-through lane outside in a T-shirt and it’s 37° outside way to go scooters when I mentioned some thing about it to another employee I was met with rudeness. That’s the last time I’ll spend my money there and I hope the rest of Kewanee can do the same it’s practically freezing outside and they’re forcing an employee to stand outside in a t shirt. By the way it’s currently 37 degrees outside. Way to go.

I usually quite enjoy the coffee I have at Scooters. It’s fast and mostly delicious. But the trouble with this location is the awful customer service from the manager. I’ve had two issues so far that I asked for assistance with. The first was a truly horrendous coffee that was completely undrinkable. I didn’t have the time to go back for a remake, so I used the contact forms in the app. I received no communication whatsoever from either corporate, or the manager of the location, and actually never received my refund. However, a regular employee at the location, when told that I had received no response, gave me a free drink to compensate. Not quite the same amount I had spent, but I was mollified. So no harm done. The second issue I had was when I ordered and paid for a large drink and accidentally was given a medium instead. I didn’t completely notice the issue right away, I thought maybe I was just remembering the drink as bigger than it was. But when I confirmed it was medium by looking on the bottom and seeing the ounces, I called right away and told them what happened. I was unable to go back as I had already left Kewanee, and the employee on the phone assured me I’d get a partial refund. They took my name and number down. Once again, however, I never received anything. The manager of this location doesn’t seem to be interested in doing their job, which is a shame because the coffee is usually good and the regular employees are friendly and helpful.

It’s my first time to a Scooters Coffee Shop and I have to say the Latte is ok not the best but it’s drinkable what I really dislikes was my Bacon Ciabatta with Gouda the bacon was uncooked mind you I asked to have it cooked twice it was raw that’s not good me as a person that’s had salmonella before ask for my meats well done and bacon well done but this was awful so as for sandwiches I might just not buy them from Scooters not a good impression I must say
