I love scooters and look for it when I travel but everytime I come to Scooters here in Yankton I get the same drink made extra large and its made different every time. I continue to go back because I love this certain drink but when I ask blended I havento give it back because its not blended. I feel if your spending $11 for 1 drink then it should be the way its suppose to be. I called and got well we cant remake it or refund your money. We will try again and see if I may have to find a new drink or coffe shop.

Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever received. Worker named Kamry Anderson was very rude and told me that I’m not welcomed here and I should go to Starbucks. I can not believe that she has a job. Terrible management and employees. Hard to speak to customers like that and have the worse coffee in town. I will not be returning. And the managers should have a serious conversation with her about her actions if they want to continue to get costumers. In disbelief with this.

The quality of the training seems very poor, I was denied a request to steam the heavy whipping cream in my brewed coffee, this is the best way to order it since it comes out lukewarm if you order it unsteamed. I prefer extra hot. every other coffee shop has no problem doing this, why can you not steam heavy whipping cream at this location?

I LOVED the red-bull infusions. I’m upset they don’t sell red-bull anymore. It’s cool that they have their own “scoot” energy or whatever but it doesn’t taste the same. RIP red-bull infusions 1998-2023 ☹️

This location is really good. It’s pretty consistent throughout the day. If you get there early, you can get in and out pretty fast. Getting in when they are busy can be frustrating at times with the traffic.

Will Griffco Recover
First time going through this place. I was the driver of a car with someone who wanted something from this place. If you ask me everything in places like this are too expensive. I am not a coffee drinker. Most my generation spends more money on Coffee than their own retirement which is why someday they won’t have anything.

The Yankton Scooters makes the best coffee. My drinks are always tasty and well made. I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee here. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can tell they enjoy their work. They have an attention to detail that you can see in the drinks they prepare. I’ve never been greeted with anything less than a smile and a thank you.
