Quality is slipping, been going there since they opened, ordered the same thing we always do and the last time our mochas were luke warm, I order mine extra hot and my wife get’s a hot mocha, maybe the machine was broke? I work less than 5 minutes away so luckily I could get to a microwave.

Really disappointed. Usually I make coffee at home but I was in a rush and instead I stopped by Scooters this morning to get a coffee before work. I ordered just a large brewed coffee with a splash of cream with should have cost around 2.65 plus tax. Well I pulled up and handed over my card and when I looked at my receipt later I saw that I was charged for a latte which was around $5! Ridiculous. Also my brewed coffee wasn’t very hot and didn’t taste good at all. I ended up dumping it out. I never have a good experience with scooters locations but this was especially poor. Only reason I stopped here at all was because of the drive through convenience.

My hot coffee was leaking out the bottom of the cup and I asked them if they could put it into a new one and they handed me a new cup instead of pouring it for me in a safe place. So when I poured it into the new cup I got hot coffee all over myself and my car.
