if ur looking for an internet cafe this is a good place for gamers, free internet, lots of receptacles to charge your stuff, and laundy room next door if u got stains. lots of seats & tables if u wanna doomscroll reddit or linkedin due to the tech market collapse. only downside is they were playing The Weeknd Starboy, a song about lucifer.

Stopped into Scooter’s Coffee yesterday around 2 pm while it was raining and the shop was empty. There were two younger ladies working, sitting down, and when I walked in they looked annoyed that they had to help a customer. I ordered a regular cup of coffee and it was filled to the very top. I asked for a little room for cream, and instead of just leaving room, they grabbed another cup, filled it a little over halfway with coffee, then filled the rest with cream—so it was extremely diluted.
I was already having a rough day and just wanted a simple cup of coffee, but the attitude and the way this was handled ruined it. Won’t be back.

The location struggles with consistency. Sucks spending $7 on a drink that you cant even drink because they didn’t make it right. Happens too often here that I stopped coming. Tried it again – same thing. I dont have this problem at any other Scooters. Just this one.

I had stopped in last week for a coffee and the atmosphere was terrible there was such strong coffee and it tasted awful and the workers were terrible, the one being zayla(which i know her name cause someone said her name asking her to help) she stuck out the most because she was just casually standing around doing nothing using profanity and on a facetime call, while her co workers rush around trying to accomplish the task of peoples orders, she personally ruined the experience for me and will not be back, also her snarky remark of how, “thats how we do it today” her reply for me askimg to fix it really upset me and definelty wasnt okay because any other scooters wouldve fixed or even just done it right the first time.She also had a tone when taking my order and had really bad customer service.

I happened to be in this location the other day getting a drink. The drink itself was amazing, but what happened while I was in there was a complete turn off and very appalling. While waiting for my drink all I could hear was a staff member yelling at another employee and the vulgar language and profanity that was being said to this employee was completely out of line. What was even more appalling is the young lady that came from the back after the screaming and profanity ended was a child. She obviously was old enough to work there, but she was still a child. Because of how that staff treated this young lady here, I will never return to this location.

It’s only at this location. I have no qualms about anything else, but their blenders always taste like they have more ice in it than it should. I’ll gradually drink the blender, and at the end, there’s a block of ice left in the cup. And again, I only experience this at this particular location.

Wonderful service. Very attentive, full of smiles and spunk. Very accommodating of us that are older, lol, and needed help w the app. My friend and I had our blendeds and ate as well. Sliders were a bit tough and way too hot (we both had the same things and burnt our hands, then mouth). I REALLY appreciated the service!! I will recommend others and as always, I will be back!

I’ve never had any Scooter’s products. I have never been a huge coffee person. But my girlfriend absolutely loves you guys and claims the staff there is “the nicest people in the world” and she just raves about how awesome the staff is. She also loves when you say “scoot on up” she thinks that is just the bees knees. So keep on being great, it makes her day.
