A friend went to get me a coffee she is not s coffee drinker so not of all the different sure if roast. Instead of the lady who was helping her at the window explain some, she was rude and short. The order was for a coffee creamer on the side cause I like to add me own. The lady didn’t want to give it to her like that and when received the coffee they had added sugar or a syrup what was not asked for. I will be going back but hope the experience is not the same. We all have our bad days and I hope that was just hers and not on going.

This past weekend I was in charge of getting 11 coffees to go for my friends bridal party. I was a bit hesitant to come to the drive through microphone but was greeted and was asked to send a text to an employees phone number. I pulled out of line and received a text within 10 min that the entire order was ready. Each cup had the individual girl’s name and made it so convenient to start my friends big day. Usually I have no problem with scooters. However, my first problem came when I asked the lady at the window for “some napkins” with my coffee and she gave me a singular napkin- no I’m not joking. My second problem then arose when I opened my hot coffee to let it cool off once I had driven away. Upon opening my cup, I was shocked to find that it was barely halfway full, despite me not even taking a drink out of it yet. 7$ for a medium coffee that is barely half full, how pathetic.

My go to for quick drive thru coffee location. Fast friendly service and helpers. Good choices that change with each month and lots of constant choices. Warm goodies are usually very good. I will sometimes get the everything bagel which is my favorite for food, and a cookie is a must. Download the app for fast convenient payment, it is worth it.

I love their blended and iced drinks (most of them!) so would give a 4 star for that, as a general review, but I have to do a 0-1 star for my order today: NEVER get a regular lemonade there. I just paid $5 for water with maaaaybe a squirt of lemon or something..somewhere. Absolutely no taste of lemon! Just a faint taste of something, not sure what.. and it was pretty much obvious by the looks of it immediately! Sorry scooters, love you, but hate your lemonade. haha

Tastes good but two times now I’ve paid for a medium Latte, the cup is not full. It was almost 2″ short. For what they charge for a coffee there, I expect it to be full. I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m being ripped off. Last time I spoke up. I’d suggest others be checking your cups before driving away.
