Brand new Scooter’s location in NW Iowa area. Good first experience. Staff were very friendly, fast, and efficient. Very clean location. My blended white mocha seemed more watery than other Scooter’s locations. Be careful in the drive thru! There is a cement pole/bollard right by the drive up window where you pay/get your items. It sticks out further than the curb! People will certainly hit it with their side mirrors as they are leaving.

Sioux center scooters, hair on cup, whip cream crappy, i asked for dirty its not, flavor not mixed in, no sticker on lid, and flavor outside on cup getting hands messy. It is little things like this that make or break an experience and I was left very disappointed

I have been to a handful of scooters coffee drive thrus, and while I don’t have anything bad to say about any of them, this one is definitely the best of any I’ve been to. I work right across the street, so I go there 2-3x a week and no matter which employee is working, they are so nice and so helpful. They are always making recommendations when I ask for them and for some reason, their cinnamon rolls are the absolute best!! This establishment being here has literally made my day more times than they probably know:)

I ordered a cold drink and asked for no ice, bc my teeth are very sensitive. I was told when I pulled up to the window it wouldn’t be as full of a cup bc it didn’t have ice in it. Never have I gotten A drink less full bc I asked for no ice. And neither has my family. Very sad and disheartening.

This is the 2nd time I’ve visited this Scooters, and both times I’ve had great experiences. The staff are extremely friendly, the service was very quick, even with my large order, and the drinks were amazing! I wanted something different and new to try and I really appreciated their recommendations. They knew exactly what to suggest and I absolutely loved it! I think I found my new favorite. They really have great knowledge of their products and were very patient as I asked all of my questions. Great job! I will absolutely be coming back!!

We ordered 2 smoothies and they were very bland and poorly blended, with huge ice chunks that kept clogging the straw. We typically go to Scooters in Sioux Falls and have always been impressed by how good their smoothies are but this location definitely dropped the ball.

i had the absolute BEST experience when i came here for a vertigo smoothie! the drink tasted amazing and the barista at the window greeted me with a great attitude! i would definitely recommend everyone to “scoot!” around the corner for some amazing coffee and top tier customer service!:)

Two smiling young ladies greeted me in person pulling up to the drive-thru. My son and I are not the most familiar with Scooters’ menu, but they were patient with us and quickly answered any questions we had. We placed our order and within the time it took to drive to the other side of the building to pick it up, it was already mixed up for us. Fast and friendly!

I went here for the 1st time and ordered a smoothie and a cinnamon roll. The smoothie was perfect and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm cinnamon roll. Sometime cinnamon rolls can be hard or dry on the outer part, but this one was soft all the way around. I’ll definitely be back!!
