I am very disappointed by the lack of compassion shown here. A kid’s car broke down in the drive-through and accidentally tapping the building, which caused no damage. Instead of helping staff immediately called the police. Situations like this should be handled with understanding, especially when no harm was done.

This place is new to me since I haven’t been to Sheldon in 5 years. Great location near the Holiday Inn hotel just off the highway. Friendly staff and quick to make your drink! I ordered a black and white (hersheys chocolate syrup and white chocolate syrup) iced americano really good flavor roasted beans. New favorite place for when I am in town!

Employees are so insensitive poor man has been down on his luck had car problems and accidently bumped the wall no damage but they called the police on him and created more problems wish people were just a little more caring and not so selfish.

Everyone is usually always friendly but it seems like on the weekends the iced coffee drinks are always watery. Wish this store was more consistent in the way they care/make drinks.

The Scoot around the corner is really getting me through this year This is one of the best Scooter’s location I’ve been too! Staff is always super friendly and efficient. I love that they each take time to have a conversation with you. Nisha is top notch! She is always courteous and I love her words of wisdom as you leave. Valeria is always friendly as well! This Scooter’s location has the service level like Chick-fil-A. We love the little messages on the coffee cups as well as the stickers. Keep up the great work!

Went thru the drive thru right at opening at 6am. Service was very friendly and fast. Ordered a carmelious and an expresso with cream. It was nice that they have Truvia as an option. Also got the Blueberry muffin, bacon and gouda egg bites and the spice breakfast burrito. All were very good.

Not worth my hard earned money. Son’s burrito was still cold, smoothie tastes like blended ice, and no flavoring, and waaay too over priced! If I want to spend that much money on a treat, I’ll support local coffee shops.
