I had gotten some bad news earlier in the day and I asked them to add extra stickers on my cup and they did not disappoint! I had a ring of smiley stickers on my cup on the top and the cashier also gave me a larger smiley face sticker to help cheer me up! Always have great service when I visit a scooters.

Every time we visit the area, we get scooters coffee in the morning. The kids inside are always bright, cheery, and friendly. We love it, and we’ll continue to visit scooters. I love that they don’t try to be more than they are. They are perfect at drive-through coffee.

After trying the Lancaster and Pickerington locations this location is definitely the best. They make my drink correctly each and every single time. I drive out of my way from Delaware, Ohio just to get my coffee here. In my personal opinion I feel the staff should train the guys at the other two locations because my drink was made correctly there maybe 50% of the time. Also the staff at the Marysville store is super friendly, I definitely recommend

Grand opening day! I app-ordered two 20oz large dark roast black coffees, the app estimated it would be ready in 3 mins.
I pulled up on a Friday at 715a as the 10th car in line. There were two walk-ups at the window making me 12th overall. I gave my name for the app-order and pulled around. They don’t make your order until you check-in, so it’s hot and fresh.
All told I was able to get thru the drive thru in 8mins flat! Very impressive considering it was opening day and the restaurant is new to the area. The lady behind me had to read the whole menu and get help from the very polite speaker-box lady, so I can only see the timing getting more efficient as people establish their “regular order”.
The traffic pattern was well designed and efficient, it was a very easy in and out of the parking lot and back on the highway.
The coffee was piping hot and delicious. It came in an enviro-friendly double-walled paper cup that didn’t require an additional heat sleeve and they fit in standard vehicle coffee cups.
After drop-off I drove past again at 738a, and it looked like the same ~10 cars in line… so it appeared they were still brewing and pouring with the same efficiency.
Really impressed overall, esp on the first day. I think I found a new morning routine while playing bus driver for the kid!

Went for the first time this morning and had a wonderful experience!! The workers were so kind and helpful
I got a pistachio white mocha and it was really good! It tasted like pistachio pudding. My wife got the sea salt carmelicious and loved it too! The cake bites were yummy- would recommended! This place is way better than Starbucks!! And less expensive too! Will be back next time we’re in Marysville!
