I am not sure what this scooters does differently, but the same drink ordered at any of the other locations is miles ahead of this one. The coffee tastes burnt a lot of the time and they definitely use less syrup per drink than the knox/maryville stores.

I love Scooters! The people at the drive thru are absolutely the BEST. I have a white mocha blended almost every day & I have always been happy with the way it’s made. I’m my opinion Scooters beats all other coffee shops.

i went to get a regular vanilla latte and was treated horribly at the window. the 19-20 year old manager was incredibly rude and looking at me weird. she didn’t bother to ask how i am but instead just told me my total and shutting the window. once she gave me my drink she, again, didn’t say anything and slammed the window shut.

Terrible “espresso” drinks, made From a machine you would find in a hospital waiting room. And cost as much as a Starbucks. Staff unable to add another shot to my drink so that it actually tastes like something.

The lady who just took our order, was a tad bit rude, then she never asked what drink size we wanted. When we pulled up we asked if we could choose our size please and she said she typed in a large for us and we couldn’t. We would not go again

Got a large Carmelious ice coffee today Nov 14th an I’m not sure what this was but it was in my drink and my drink had no added ingredients. Considering I have no idea what it was in my drink I didn’t want to finish it. Not sure what happened usually everything is great there but getting random items in my drink is a bit concerning.
