Had a large takeout order for the family and their staff was kind and punctual regarding the order. They even included an extra appetizer because of the large order. Food was exactly what we wanted and very filling. I recommend this restaurant for any lover of Chinese cuisine.

This by far was the worst and I mean WORST Chinese food I had in my life. Egg rolls had no flavor. Crab Rangoon was so damn hard and had a really bad taste. Sesame chicken was crunchy and they served it with tasteless BROWN rice. Like who does that. They were very nice. But the food quality was horrible. I’d never give this a try again. Unacceptable.

Solid Chinese food. Generous portions, good prices, and consistently tasty. Everything was fresh and flavorful, not greasy at all. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely a reliable go-to spot when you’re craving Chinese takeout.

There are more than a dozen Chinese restaurants in Springfield, and this ranks in the top-5 for food. The menu is large, and if you can’t find something you like, you’re too picky. We’ve come here for years.
Everything is fresh and hot when served, including the tea (no charge). The portion sizes are ample, and there is no skimping on the ingredients:plentiful shrimp, other meats, and veggies.
For me, China Wok has the best hot and sour soup (just the right amount of spice), the best egg drop soup with wontons, and the best shrimp in lobster sauce. The Mongolian beef is excellent. The spicy dishes don’t overwhelm my palette, and for those who want their food really spicy, just ask. The cooks are very accomodating. They do a large take-out business, so they must be doing something right.

The food here used to be great, but it has gone so far downhill that it now tastes like overly processed frozen food. It’s such a shame, because China Wok was the best in town for a very long time. Our last order was horrible, and we won’t ever eat here again.

THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE FOOD AROUND!
WHOEVER SAYS THEIR QUALITY HAS DECLINED ARE LYING OR THEY ARE CONFUSED.
This is a good family with constant quality and portions. They care about their customers!
I’ve had Chinese food all over the US because it’s my favorite and this restaurant is hands down the best I’ve ever had
No other restaurant in the Springfield area even comes close to the quality of food or warmth of service you get here!!!

I hadn’t been here for 6 years, and the food and service has really gone downhill. I got Egg Drop Soup which was very greasy and bland. The pork fried rice was dried out and tasted burned. I ordered sesame chicken and it wasn’t until right before I paid that I discovered they had it on their lunch menu and I could have gotten it much cheaper. In the past, the owner would have pointed it out and given me a choice. I loved the Sesame Chicken. It was very good, sweet like I like it, and had lots of toasted sesame seeds. They also used to have baskets of condiments where we could grab what we needed, however they were not available this time, and I would have liked some hot mustard for my meal, but I received soy sauce and duck sauce instead. I was accustomed to friendly staff from when I used to eat there. This time, there was one other customer in the restaurant, and he left 5 minutes after I arrived. The person who took my order never smiled or said anything to me until my order was ready and she told me what I owed. Though I hadn’t asked for it to go, my food was handed to me in a plastic bag instead of on a tray. Since they weren’t friendly, and the order was bagged up, I decided to eat in my van instead.

The Food Use To Be Good Here. I Haven’t Had Them In Years. The Food That I Received Last Night For My Break Was So Nasty. And The Price If The Food Wasn’t Acceptable Either. I Will Not Be Back. I Damn There Threw Up.

I ordered two entrees, sweet n sour combination and beef pepper steak. The sweet n sour did not come any sauce and had hardly any pineapple, peppers. The pepper steak was very bland. I threw away $40 worth of food. You can’t say you haven’t been warned.
