Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Every single time I have come here since this location opened, I have been delighted by the service and overall experience. I have had bad days made better just by the friendliness of the staff. I have had a mixed experience with this location, especially when ordering with modifications. My family has allergies, and we choose Scooters because their brand makes accommodating everyone easy. Usually, I use the app and it works out OK. When the app is down or I order at the speaker, I rarely get what is requested.
Today, I got whole milk drinks when I requested dairy-free at the speaker. The last time I ordered food in the drive through, I got a sandwich that was just hot egg and cheese when I ordered those things specifically left off.
It’s frustrating to discover that you can’t eat your breakfast or enjoy your coffee, and this location has let us down too often. My family will be skipping this stop on our visits to Athens for now.

I get a blended mocha with half the mocha flavor and a xtra shot of espresso almost every day or every other day at the Athens Alabama location. Today was exceptional! I don’t know who was making them around 4pm today, I must say it was the best I ever have gotten.

Wonderful Customer Service! We have been through here a few times now and the Customer Service is consistently wonderful! And even if they have several cars that just pulled up, you’ll still be through the line within 5 minutes!
The coffee tastes amazing! I’ve tried several different flavors and the flavors are consistent whether you get them iced, blended, or hot.
Also, try the chocolate chip cookie! It’s so worth it!
The only downfall is that it’s drivethrough only – but there is no docking them for that cause they’ve got it down pat and the majority of us hate getting out of the car anyways
10/10 would recommend anyone to this location! Keep it up Scooters! You have a wonderful team at this location!

This is a to-go place only with no inside or outside seating. We order smoothies and egg bites and ciabatta when we go. The smoothies are always made to order as we request and the food is fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and the wait is short even with cars ahead of you.
