The facility’s cleanliness requires immediate attention; counters were sticky and floors were messy. Furthermore, the ice cream selection is limited.
Regarding the menu items: The Red Bull dirty soda was enjoyable. However, both the hot chocolate and the ice cream were overpriced at approximately $10 each and did not meet expectations in terms of value or quality.

Scoops on Main is hands down my favorite place for ice cream in Visalia. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the service is always friendly, and the ice cream never disappoints. With so many great flavors it’s become a regular stop for me and my family. We always leave happy and looking forward to our next visit.

It is an icecream shop, bar, cafe everything! So spacious and nice sitting arrangements. Great ice cream flavours and waffle cones. I highly recommend key lime icecream. Coffee and nuts flavour was not that great. Ambiance is cool!

I recently brought my Family to scoops on Main. It came highly recommended from several people I know. The atmosphere inside the building was amazing and even though it was very busy, the customer service was top-notch. The best part was the handcrafted Ice cream, and the unique flavors available (my wife even tried the designer hot cocoa). This place is definitely 10 out of 10, can’t recommend it enough.
