I loved scoops! They had so many good flavors to choose from and a cute space right in the little downtown area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable on flavors and they also have cute knickknacks you can purchase as well.

This place is usually pretty good, but this last visit was very disappointing. My husband ordered three scoops and got an over filled cup. I ordered a two scoop brownie sundae with whipped cream. My two scoops were equal to just one of his – they didn’t even fill the cup halfway. Then old watery whipped cream was put on my ice cream and immediately started melting it. By the time we got back to the car, I just had mush.

The ice cream was good. I ordered a banana split and explained exactly how I wanted if, since I don’t like pineapples. Somehow I ended up with hot fudge and strawberry ice cream. Wasn’t the taste I was looking for. Aside from that it was good.

I love scoops’ ice cream selection, and the store is always neat and tidy. I do feel like the staff the couple of times I’ve been there have been a bit standoffish, but I give some excuse because they employ a lot of teens who may not have much experience in the service industry yet. I never have to wait too long to get a delicious scoop of ice cream, and the portions are huge.

A very cute and local ice cream. Lots of flavor options to chose from and even some options for those who can’t have dairy! I had the Carmel cookies & cream and my girlfriend got Pittsburgh Pothole and Piece of cake. All were very delicious! Highly recommend a stop for any ice cream lover!

We used to walk there almost weekly for ice cream but it has become so hit or miss last time we went I got a doubly because the singles got to the point where they were pretty much just filling the cone and I was already biting it before we made it to the door and this past time I got a double and my boyfriend got a single and his was bigger than mine lol. I never say anything because I feel bad the kids working look like they’re 14 I think they just need a little more training

My first experience here wasn’t so great, the ice cream was good, but the customer service was not. I felt like I was very unwanted there and a nuisance. But I gave it another chance and the experience was much better! Demetrie was very kind, took his time, and put effort into making the sundae’s. Glad I gave it a second chance.
