We love Scoops! We visit often. One of our favorite parts of Scoops is the variety of soft serve flavors you offer. One thing we would love to see in the future is adding true baby cones to the menu. We have two young children, and the smallest cones you offer are too big for them.

Excellent ice cream! They have all the toppings including peanut butter! You can get in a game of put-put golf too. Location is often extremely busy so expect a wait. They have a small covered are for when it’s raining, and other seating in the sun. Parking lot is large. Small drive thru service area.

We visit here for ice cream a lot and had a order today made wrong. I understand mistakes but didn’t know where to return the item. I ordered at the drive through and I thought I better go get in line again at the front of the stand to expedite this. Unfortunately the girl was very unapologetic and asked me if I ordered this???? Um no that’s why I just waited in a long line to tell you it was wrong. I am allergic to nuts and wanted to know what I just had a bite of. A little soft tone or an apology would of been great. Just reminding people that we ask for specifics sometimes because we know what we can or cannot eat. Thanks for helping them understand better going forward.

Love their ice-cream! Nice selection to choose from. The Pumpkin/vanilla I had was airy yet rich. I don’t remember if it was a custard or not, but amazing either way. The Chocolate Peanut Butter I had was probably my favorite out of the three total I have tried recently. The PB is prominent, but not too much.

The workers are always so nice! They are calm and efficient during rushes, and attentive and personable otherwise. The SOTW are always fun and have a wide variety in flavor profiles. The servings are great, and they are always willing to make adjustments to cater to the customer.

Very disappointed I went through the drive thru last night around 930 to 940 pm got 2 banana splits they messed up the all chocolate ice cream for one and I paid strawberries for both no strawberries in either one asked hard ice cream for both got soft ice cream I called to tell about the mistakes and wasn’t valued as a paid customer it was just brushed off like no big deal I spent 15 dollars And told them because of their comments I probably won’t be back didn’t matter to them when I should have been offered 2 free banana splits made right Kathy’s Cakes has better service by far I’ll start giving them my business where I am valued
