As a family who have lived in and/or visited Germany for years, we were very excited to try Schneider’s and we were extremely pleased with the experience! As we were eagerly staring at the menu trying to decide what to order, an excellent staff member suggested that we try the sampler. It was the perfect choice for us (3 adults, 1 toddler). We had both the pork and chicken schnitzels, two kinds of sausage, spätzle & potato salad. We also got a side of the jäger sauce. Everything was delicious but the spätzle really knocked us off our socks!!! We will definitely be back and would be SUPER excited to see käsespätzle on the menu some time. Hint hint.

Schneider’s Schnitzel Service does one thing and does it exceptionally well.
The schnitzels are excellent, crisp, perfectly cooked, and everything on the menu tastes genuinely delicious.
The décor is super cool with a retro gas-station vibe that somehow just works. And it deserves to be said out loud: the place is spotlessly clean. Like impressively clean. You notice it, and you appreciate it.
Great food, great concept, great execution. Easily worth a stop.

The schnitzel here is some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and downright addictive. The brats hold their own too, with just the right snap and flavor to make you rethink every grocery-store sausage you’ve ever met.

The menu isn’t huge, but what they do, they do exceptionally well—think quality over quantity. Vegetarians might have slim pickings here, but for meat lovers, it’s basically a love letter to German comfort food. ❤️

Run don’t walk to this place! Highlight of my trip and we ate everywhere else. Traditional food is the draw but don’t sleep on their daily specials either! Fresh local and in season creations on the special board! Wide selection on tap and easy order from the counter service! It all made for a fantastic experience! So glad we made the choice to stop! Chef even shared some new flavors he was creating! 5 star experience!

If you’re a fan of german food you’ll be a fan of this restaurant! This was my first time stopping in and I was not disappointed .I ordered chicken schnitzel, cabbage, and spatzel. The schnitzel was the show stopper , cooked to perfection. There were also some specials the chef curated which is awesome. There was also plenty of space in the restaurant which is always nice for large parties

Omg!! I assumed I would never get to eat schnitzel again after having to go gf! The schnitzel is delicious! Celiacs be aware there is contact trace contamination from the fryer though. Service is great too! This would be a perfect spot to host an event too there’s an amazing huge patio in the back with a cute tiny stage.

We were looking for something new to try in Fort Collins, and had been excited to try Schneider’s Schnitzel since it opened. We ordered the deviled eggs, pork schnitzel, chicken schnitzel, chips, as well as noodles with gravy.

If you like spicy brown mustard, you will probably relish the deviled eggs. The schnitzels were good but the chicken may have been the better of the two. It was juicy and cooked to perfection. The pork, while tasty, was a tiny bit on the dry side. The house made chips were very good, and had just the right amount of salt!

The staff was super friendly and that’s probably the best part. All of them were engaging and seemed happy to be there.

Good place to try if you want to pick up something a little our of your usual.

We really enjoyed everything. We did the small sampler with pork schnitzel + brisket kielbasa. The cheese curds were good but kind of small portion for $9. Our favorite item though was the Black Forest cake. Hands down I think it might have been the best cake I’ve ever had. I’m requesting it for Mother’s Day!!!

It was all excellent food. We got the large sample platter, the walleye, and the black forest cake. I personally loved the chicken schnitzel and walleye the most, but it was all delicious. The cake was super good and moist too.

The people were helpful with questions and quick to get out food out and grab things.

They have a clean atmosphere, and have highlighted the building’s history, showing the old brick wall and historical pictures of the building throughout the years. It’s really awesome to see.

To start, the food was good but the spätzle is the best. Some of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The schnitzel was good but a smidge too crispy.

The portions were smaller than you normally get at a German restaurant and so I left a bit hungry.

The staff was super nice and attentive.

The atmosphere is weird. It’s like you’re at some route 66 diner started by German immigrants in 1960.
