On Jan 15, 2025 I ordered two sandwiches through the mobile app. My wife picked the order up on her way home. One sandwich was missing (only one in the bag). I immediately called the store and was told the manager would call me the next day to credit my account. No call. I called again on Jan 19, 2025 and was told they would text the manager again and have them contact me. No call. I paid $20.58 for one sandwich. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

Man what happened to this restaurant. I used to eat here often, but over the years the prices have gotten higher and higher, the food quality is lower and lower. The service was always pretty low and inattentive but it’s gotten to the point where they are actively unfriendly and you ordering is a substantial inconvenience to their day. The pizzas and sandwiches used to be pretty solid, not the breads and crusts are dense, the sauces are sub par the cinnamon rolls are just plain awful!!

The food is very good lots of choices and it’s pretty fast. the water cup is a weird situation as the water from the coke machine is soda water, for regular water you get it from the water bucket pictured. Absolutely love the hot sauce very good taste and ok heat. Very nice employees (at least my experience) would definitely come back.

Good sandwich, but bread was kinda dry, even my husband said it wasn’t as good as it was the tine before. The lettuce was turning brown, as was the avocado. We did also buy some cinnamon rolls, a little over cooked. So not as tasty as the last time we were there.

Super disappointed i just went through the drive through and they completely got my order wrong after specially asking at the window because the guy seemed confused. I’m looking at the receipt and I was over charged ! I ordered a medium roast beef sandwich and got a small French dip ?! Then the second sandwich had salami on it ! I ordered turkey only, like what the actual hell.
Edit I called and the employee was very apologetic and offered a cash refund or a free meal but disappointed to learn the gentleman who took our order was the manger.

We are 1st timers here. You walk in and it gives the feel of 8 year olds end of year soccer party. We are sorta greeted by a young gal w/reddish brown hair. She is not inviting and maybe normally works in the kitchen. Inside dining has been open in Bend for over a week, but when our food shows up its all in bags and 1st made its way to another table before being rerouted to ours (by the way they weren’t busy there was only that other table and us ). The gal that took our order is the one that brought it out and she didn’t make eye contact as she dropped it and kept going (rude rude rude). The only reason why I gave the place 3 stars is because the food is good enough. But I would not have her as the face of my business or dealing with customers. A middle-aged Hispanic man noted my grievance and was kind. My overall experience a tad less than average, would not come back again

Sadly gone down hill, the sandwich I got was skimpy on the ingredients, hardly any meat or cheese, the bread was very dry. They shouldn’t show pictures on their menu loaded with ingredients, false advertising.

First trip through the drive through theywould not let me substitute the chips for soup. Second trip into the dining room it wasnt a problem. Sandwhich was fantastic both times, toasty bread, hot meat, fresh veggies, the works. Soup was warmed on the second trip, but not hot (maybe 110 degrees). To their credit, they had just opened. They didnt turn on the dining room music until 15min after open. Wife loved he flatbread both trips. The sauce was pretty fire. Wanted to leave a better review and will be back, but could not justify a 5 star with minor upsets in service and the warm soup. Cinnamon rolls get 5 stars

First time there. Sandwich bread is too thick and grainy. One piece of bacon half cooked and fatty. One for that big sandwich? the sandwich fell apart when I picked it up from too much dressing. Didn’t enjoy it all even when after tossing the bread and ate it with a fork.

We decided to come to Schlotzskys because there’s very few left, we also love sandwiches. The sandwiches are good but aren’t the best thing ever. Lots of options, but only one for vegetarians. The bread is made fresh everyday, which makes it even yummier.
