The service was great. The employees were very nice. I ordered a turkey sandwich and a cookie, the bread was so dry and stale and the lettuce looked old. I heard this place wasn’t great but I didn’t want to assume but unfortunately my experience was not good.

Haven’t eaten here in years. Decided to grab lunch for the husband and I. The woman who took my order was great but the food was… Meh. The bread they use now is no good. It’s very .. crumby? Idk. Like a biscuit that’s been soaked in water? Not sure why they changed it but it’s a real bummer. Used to be great.

I don’t come here much anymore because it’s not that healthy… But this is still the best sandwich shop around. Way better than Panera or other places like that. Their bread is clearly baked fresh, and it has good flavor.

Spent alot but was not happy with my food it was expensive and bland. Had previously went and got bad service and not so fresh food when all I wanted was a Cinnabon, this time got better service and this young man was apologetic but the core of Cinnabon absolutely dreadful.

If I could remember the last time I was at a Schlotzsky’s I would say it was as good as I remembered. Nonetheless, the original was yummy and the co-located Cinnabon made the visit worthwhile. Staff was also pretty friendly and funny.

For last the last 4 or 5 years this place had inspections from county and corporate they have an A from county and Gold from corporate for the cleaning and food safety I always eat here the staff is amazing the drive thru if you don’t have time to sit and eat great establishment…
