Messed up my order. Then took it back and peeled stuff off sandwich I didn’t want and handed it back to me. Don’t go there they don’t care at all

Food is good. Of the 4 times we have stopped here they look short staffed and overwhelmed each time. Make sure to check your orders though. Last time we ordered a bbq chicken pizza they made a flatbread. This time the made a calzone instead. Both were still good, but we didn’t want to take time for them to remake them. My wife always gets a salad. Seems fresh and has good flavor. It’s located in the hat six travel center combined with a cinnabon. There is also a nice seating are to eat.

At 8:20 pm I order two of the “Pick 2.” I was told they’d already pulled the soup so did I want them to warm it. Why do you pull the soup 40 minutes before you close. The cashier was very nice about it, so I said no, I’d warm it myself at the hotel.
I tipped when I paid… not something I usually do for fast food but she was so nice.
I return to our hotel. Husband said his sandwich tasted good, however at one point he had to spit out “something hard.” I didn’t check that out myself, but that’s not something you want to have in a turkey sandwich.
I ordered a Smoke Cheesy Sandwich as clearly noted on my receipt. However, as per the photo of my sandwich, that is not what I received. I tried the sandwich because I was hungry, but it was not to my taste so I did not finish it.
I’m accustomed to checking my bag when leaving fast food establishments, but now I have to open everything before I leave… not very customer friendly. And I even tipped for this poor service. Being a courteous server does not absolve you of doing your job correctly. I was not impressed with the experience. I did like the soup though.

This restaurant is found inside of Hat Six truck stop. It’s one of a few meal options within the store. The service was good and the sandwich I ate was decent. Kinda a mix of Arby’s and subway. Not a bad option if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat.

raw bell peppers on the pizza + sauce tastes very off. Feel very sick after eating it. I think the employee used a fake name too cause the receipt name says summer for the employee name. Gross!

Favorite quick lunch spot! Pictured is the abgus beef and cheese. Very pleasant service! Delicious food. $7.50 for just my sandwich, but sooo sooo worth it! Hat six travel center has everything you need too! Two restaurants and plenty of road snack and drinks! Very clean, modern and up to date! Nice service over all!!!

I purchased an egg sandwich in the morning, but upon taking the first bite, it tasted sour, as if it had been made long ago. I had to throw it away. About an hour later, I began to feel discomfort in my stomach, which only improved after using the restroom. I strongly urge the restaurant management to review and maintain strict food quality standards to ensure customer safety.

Food was mediocre. Chicken Santa Fe was supposed to be on jalapeño cheese bread. Got sourdough. The naker is obviously not weighing the water. The buns were dry, tops cracked. Meat was heaped in the middle rather than spead out eavenly. I owned/operated GJCO Schlotzskys for 18 years, so it was a disappointment to get something less than standard.
