Food is good. However, this is the second time we’ve had to wait in their drive thru line to get our order for pick-up. We’re not talking a quick 5 minute inconvenience. Order was ready and we were instructed to just wait in the regular drive thru line while other orders were processed. Going on 15 minutes now. Horrible customer service. Allow folks to walk up to the window to get our pick up orders.

Not a good experience at all I Don’t recommend this place for lunch. My lunch hour was ruined due to food preparation not reading my ticket and giving me what was quick to do…Doesn’t escape the fact that I missed lunch now and am starving…Such a waste of time.

Always really good food. The original is still one of the best sandwiches you can buy and they have the best sour cream and onion chips anywhere. The service at this location is hit or miss but good more often than it’s bad. I’ve never had any serious complaints. They got my order wrong once but fixed it right away no big deal. Will most definitely return probably a little too often.

After working all day at a Cajun festival, we thought we wanted a burger. But when we saw schlotzsky’s, we forgot all about hamburgers. And sure enough, that unique flavor of a schlotzsky’s sandwich was exactly what we wanted. We got the large double meat and split it between the two of us. It was perfect.
