This location doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness and/or appearance. What a shame because everything else was great. The order taker was friendly and fast. They give you a number and then bring your food to your table. I went to get my drink and I couldn’t believe how messy it was at the station. Liquid spilled in several places, the tea container looked like they needed a good cleaning and the separate lemonade fountain was missing the bottom grate plus it looked like it wasn’t even working. Gnats were circling the counter for a chance at some sweet treats. The guy next to me even commented and said my exact thoughts, so it wasn’t just me. I tried to find a clean table, but I was not successful. I ended up having to clean one off myself. To be fair, it was 1:00 pm, so the lunch rush was just prior to my visit, but still. After I cleaned my table, I sat down and noticed my selection was a poor one due to the wobbliness. Every time I touched it, it moved. That’s always annoying. While waiting for my food, I looked up and noticed the ceiling with several leak spots. The whole atmosphere was ruined. I normally don’t think about the kitchen or behind the counter cleanliness, but with all theses issues and eye sores, I really started to wonder. My food arrived to the table promptly and very fresh. The Original was made perfectly and had a great temperature. Y’all need to clean this store! I am so sorry to give only 3 stars when staff and food are so on point, but I was completely turned off by the appearance. I personally don’t understand how the employees kept walking by the areas needing attention without doing something about it. I would have been embarrassed if I worked there.What a shame…

I ordered delivery from Schlotzsky’s Bunker Hill for $98.86 and they forgot to add my son’s bacon ranch calzone into the delivery bag so once the door dasher delivered the food the bacon ranch calzone was not delivered. I then called and told Schlotzsky’s Bunker Hill and the guy put me on hold for 11 minutes and said yes it was there mistake and wanted to give a credit & I said no that is my sons lunch & Schlotzsky’s Bunker Hill made the mistake so they needed to send another dasher and the guy agreed & said they were on their way. It’s been 30 minutes and no one showed up so I called back to Schlotzsky’s Bunker Hill & a lady said that the owner said they couldn’t send anyone so I asked to speak to the owner & they said they are not there. I then asked to speak to a manager & she said they didn’t have one. Wow!!! Where is the customer service these days. I would highly avoid this location since it’s obvious they tell you one thing & do something different.

Not only was I charged for a soup I didn’t order (they did correct this for me when I showed them) but of the two sandwiches and two soups I did order, one sandwich contained wrong ingredients and I didn’t notice until I got home. The food overall was kind of bland, really not worth $35 when it didn’t come with drinks or chips and an entire sandwich was different than what I ordered. But at least it wasn’t $40! will not be coming back.

I felt like our cashier went the extra mile to make everything exceptional. The original sandwich was great like I have enjoyed throughout the years. The restaurant itself had a poorly working soda machine with no ice. The ceiling tiles had areas of stains as if prior leaks. It wasn’t the cleanest dining room. The need to focus on that and fixing some of the dated equipment and dining room items mentioned.

Great tasting sandwich, but I didn’t eat it there because when I arrived 30 minutes before closing, they’d been cleaning floors with what smelled like toxic bleach. I asked for a special kind of bread on my sandwich, but they gave me the usual sourdough . This had happened once before, so I checked my sandwich before leaving and sure enough it happened again. This time I was able to say something. They made me another sandwich & politely and kindly apologized. I love their sandwiches, so I put up with imperfect visits such as this.

I went here because my power was out and had hungry kids. I also had a coupon (we are to poor to eat out anymore!) Well, wouldn’t you know it, with squirming hungry kids i checked out and forgot to use my coupon! The cashier guy and the manager worked out a way to “make it work”….without any hassle or drama. Just good old “take care of the customer”. Don’t see that much anymore. They were busy too! I’m happy to give them my business anytime!
