We ordered our food through the app and all went as expected. Both wife and my sandwiches were made as ordered and tasted delicious. I also want to commend the drive thru person for his curious service. It was a great experience and we will be back. If there was a glitch it might be the size of our Mac & cheese we ordered. We ordered and paid for the “family size” and we were slightly disappointed in what we received. It was very good but just not as big as we expected. Again, all in all a very good experience.

This is my first time at Schlotzky’s in a minute. It was a terrible disappointment. The service was non existent, the length of time of took for the food to be prepared was far too long causing me to be late for work. The sandwiches were tasty though shy on ingredients and way overpriced.

I had such a great experience here, never had been before but the costumer service was just so great! The Hispanic lady was so sweet to my kids and I, and I think it enjoyed it more just because of her. No idea how much I appreciate some good costumer service. I didn’t feel rushed looking at the menu, but not just that the food was fresh and good too. I would recommend this place to my friends/family! Thank you lady who treated us so well!!! Wish I woulda got her name.

I didn’t know it was possible to make such a disgusting meatball sandwich. The meatballs have zero flavor and the sauce tastes like i opened the cheapest jar of marinara I could find in the grocery store. The presentation of the flatbread calzone with herbs infused doesn’t cover up the terrible tasting food inside. I seriously will never eat here again. Id rather eat dog food.

This is my second time at this location and it seems like they do not know what goes on a veggie sandwich or a veggie pizza. From looking at the website, a veggie sandwich has CHEESE, cucumbers, BLACK OLIVES, ICEBURG LETTUCE, onions, tomatoes, ranch, SIGNATURE SAUCE, and a sourdough bun (all caps is stuff missing). I would not have stepped out of the place with this item, but I was in a hurry to get home and I come home to this…. Last time my pizza was half filled with veggies and missing stuff too.
