I ordered a soup only a soup and i had to wait over 20 minutes in drive thru for it and i was fasting . Yhe blonde boy that works there deserves to be fired . He was cutting slips instead of giving me my soap . Please fire him. Plus the soap was super cold . This is the second time i have a problem with him . When i go there and there different employee they would be alot faster . The place was empty and there were two employees working .

Ordering food is here is always painfully slow. I know there have been several evenings I’ve avoided this place simply because I did not have 20 minutes to be the only person in line waiting for food. The food is usually fresh and pretty good, but man the wait in the drive through is always very frustrating.

Waited over 45 minutes for food. Cashier was unprofessional. He lied about the number of employees on duty, stated there were two, but there were three. Two employees followed each other around the back, neither one taking the initiative of working one counter or the other. The third employee was in the back, I assume assembling and cooking, but nothing was coming out. No apologies for the wait, just a rude attitude and told me to contact the general manager.

This location is particularly trash. They are always understaffed the staff that is there always has bad attitudes. The food is poorly put together and overall it’s just a bad experience. I had my mother go through the drive-thru when I was feeling unwell. She ordered, for me, a smoked turkey avocado sandwich, and I did not want lettuce, tomato, or onion. When she placed the order, the person taking the order laughed, and said “so you ONLY want turkey, avocado, and mayo?? HAHA!” And ended up LEAVING onions ON my sandwich, causing me to gag.
This isn’t the first time the employees of this establishment have poked fun at my orders. My husband orders a specialty sandwich for me, with turkey, cheese, black olives, mustard and pickle, and they cannot wrap their heads around the fact I ONLY want turkey, and not the ‘original,’ which has other meats I don’t care for. Why be so disrespectful to what a customer orders, if you LITERALLY have the ABILITY to make it?? Is it REALLY that HARD? I waited tables for 6 years, and had LOTS of customer modifications that I was obliged to place in and specify with the expo line exactly how a meal should be made and presented. So I KNOW this industry. These people are being LAZY, and CLEARLY need further training if they truly need this job!

The hours of operation on the door showed through this location is open until 9:30 pm…
We just attempted to enter this location at 5:30pm and both doors were locked. A customer inside was kind enough to open the doors and let us in. We waited for an employee to take our order and when the Mgr came up front, he VERY RUDELY asked us, “How Did you get in here?” (He acted as if we had just broken in) He then said, “You have to leave, the dining area is closed! If you want to order, go through drive thru!”
He was so incredibly rude that the customer who opened the door for us started apologizing to us and the Mgr.
WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.
We’re also going to share with everyone we know, including our community Facebook page, our experience and encourage others to not visit this location either.

After eating there tonight. I realized schlaucleskz or however you spell it. Is on its last leg. I ate my last time there tonight. Food was average . Way over priced. Customer service was slow as hell. Wouldn’t matter though. The experience sucked. I watched 4 people after me leave . It was crazy. My dad’s joint ain’t the same now as an adult. It won’t make it another 5 -10 years . RIP

Visited this restaurant yesterday. Yabsira took our order. There was a customer that came in, very rude and loud. Yabsira handled the situation very well and maintained his composure in a professional way. He is a very hard worker, smiling, friendly and patient. Hard to find in a lot of places nowadays. Great employee!
