I ordered the kids meal pepperoni pizza cookie and drink. I also ordered a sandwich chip and drink for myself. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes only to find my son’s pepperoni pizza with lettuce tomato and black olives all underneath his pizza in the box. Kids are picky and was that box even clean I don’t know. The food itself was not good. I would not recommend or return.

I am definitely not a huge fan of this restaurant at all, I came here tonight to get an order for my son and literally waited in line for about 15 minutes. I asked the cashier what happened and why it took so long and he said the person in front of us ordered about $100 worth of food and I get that but at the same time I really wish they would have asked the person in front of us to move up and park so that we could get our food because as soon as we made it to the window my sons food was ready to go so that means it had been sitting there getting cold while we sat in line so that was really frustrating and I just feel like there’s some things that they need to switch up when it comes to dealing with people and big orders

Sand Springs, it’s nice to have one close to us, but like most fast food places, it’s not as good as it was in the past years. With higher prices in place for the restaurant, the quality has decreased dramatically in order to maintain a reasonable price for the customer.

Employee explained to me they didn’t have my mobile order yet while picking her nose. We left and called back to cancel the order figuring it just hadn’t come through yet. They consented to cancel my $50+ order for 4 people (nothing extravagant by the way just basic sandwiches for 3.5 people). Flash forward 2 months later and I’m still fighting with my credit card company to void that transaction. Don’t waste your time.

This particular Schlotzkys is good. I wish the online pick up sign was down by the 2 drive thru areas. I didn’t see the online pick up sign until I went through the regular drive through. It really needs to be moved. Plus, when you order online, if you have some changes to your order, there isn’t a comment section. Really need that! Otherwise the sandwiches were good. The bread was a little tougher than normal.
