The food is almost always great but the service is terrible. I used to be a regular when I moved nearby two years ago. I haven’t returned In over six months because of the service I received the last three times. The last time an employee was yelling and goin on about another employee at the drive thru window using profanity. It thought she might be in some kind of management role. Their employees seem to have no care or respect for what they’re doing. That time they forgot our cookies we ordered. The time before that it was everyone’s chips (4 people) was missing and the time before that they gave me the wrong sandwich. I don’t think anyone at that place cares or understands how upsetting it is to get all the way home and realize what you paid for isn’t there and your family doesn’t have a complete meal. Needless to say that’s it for me 3 strikes your out. It’s a shame because they have great food and decent rewards on the app I use to use.

The food was good, however, the young man at the register is the most rude person I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Whenever I tried and order my food, he told me that I needed to speak up even though he had his headphones on. After that, he forgot to give my sister her cinnamon roll so she went and asked for it and he gave her a rude face and rolled his eyes.
This young man should not be working anywhere to do with customers or customer service.
All I remember is that he had earrings and black curly hair, I really hope his managers do something about him.

I have ordered by website at this location twice. The first time wasn’t all that bad but we were confused on why we didn’t have a second item (they shoved it into one container without saying anything to us) and they gave us the wrong soda. They refunded us for the soda and everything was okay.
The second time I ordered, we got a huge order. Three Giant meals and soup with a soda (cause they don’t have a soup combo option for some reason). The sandwiches had all the ingredients in the middle, so the edges of the sandwich was just bread. One sandwich didn’t have the added ingredients that were listed either. The drinks were also regular sized after we picked the Giant meals. It makes no sense to be unable to change the drink size but you can change the size of the sandwich (basically the opposite of Burger King or McDonald’s where THEY DO change the size of the entire meal rather than one specific item). I called and complained that the meal was made wrong and that I was upset because I paid $21 for each sandwich. They thankfully agreed to refund me.

We have eaten here several times. We have spoken to the manager about dietary requirements. This place really tries!
I placed today’s order in the app. Although I would prefer my veggies cooked more, I am pleased that my order was correct and there’s not any bacon in site, since my pizza came with it and I have Alpha-Gal, so I can’t have it.
These are gluten-free crusts too!

So I went to this location and will never go there again. First off, the boy at the register, didn’t even want to help, and acted like, he didn’t even want to be there. He couldn’t even take his ear buds out. So he kept having to have me repeat everything multiple times. Like it was an imposition, that I even came in to get food. I was literally the only customer at the time. Plus there were no adults, just teenagers. None of them acted like they cared. Food was ok, I have definitely gotten better at other locations. The broccoli soup was not even really warm., it was more like luke warm.

Was a Sunday evening 6:30 ish and the place was not busy. The food was good, usual expectations. The guy behind the counter was not friendly in any way. Almost put out that we were there. The tables were dirty, ended up wiping down the one we chose. The drink counter had various spells on it, and sticky in places. Typically not like this, maybe an off night?

The poor manager is doing absolutely everything she can her employees messed up a sandwich three times. There was a basic order. She’s doing as good a job as she absolutely can and I admire her for tolerating what she is tolerating.but it’s beyond ridiculous to sit and wait for food at a fast food restaurant. For 40 minutes. And then I get my food and it’s wrong anyway. So I just ate it instead of going up and asking for what I ordered.

I didn’t expect much, it’s a chain. The portions were ridiculously small for the price, the croutons were burned on my salad. The baked potato soup was cold as ice, as well as the Mac and cheese. I placed a mobile order to be ready at 10:15AM so I would have assumed the food would be 1.) ready when I arrived and 2.) HOT? you guys just opened… how is the food already cold? Assuming I was served yesterday’s leftovers that were heated in a microwave. I would absolutely never go back here.

We went today and had sandwiches for lunch. It was good. The main behind the counter was friendly. The food arrived quickly. It was good. I will go back and try something else next time. I recommend giving it a try.

I’m sorry to say this one did disappoint we waited for a few minutes( via drive thru) and then encountered a problem with the speaker & hearing our order. Eventually, after roughly 10 minutes we pulled to the window only to hear everyone chattering…and that’s but when we got our food we spent (almost 30$) it was un- eatable * I took 1 bite and I asked my husband to do the same…No matter where you go your food should not be a mystery smell/taste. I love these sandwiches (don’t get me wrong), but this location, I’m sorry… I will not go back. I hope everyone is Happy Hunting in the future….
