Good food, friendly staff, and fast service! I had the Turkey Bacon Club with a side ceasar salad that even came with some grilled chicken. This is a great place to get lunch, whether you’re alone or with family/friends.

We love Schlotzsky’s and we just had our first and last visit at this location in Alexandria,Louisiana. I ordered the Turkey Avocado Sandwich . And this was what I got served, a sandwich with rotten avocado. Is not the best picture because I tried to take most of the rotten avocado from one of the part of the sandwich. I tried to saved it since I don’t like to throw away food but it was impossible. They even messed basically half of the order even the chips, I ordered regular ones and got barbecue. I get it we all are human not perfect but the rotten avocado it’s unacceptable pure laziness from the employees. If you are getting pay for that please just do your job right.

The food was okay but usually much better. I ordered the pick two. The soup and salad combo. I also ordered a sandwich for later. The soup was good but the salad although it wasn’t great because it tasted like it could have been possibly made the day before or the ingredients were not the freshest. The service was a 3 star. I wouldn’t say rude but just a thank you and not a smile. I am just one who appreciates a smile.

Chicken sandwich was ok, lacks special sauce! Broccoli soup was not good at all, had to throw it! Caesar salad was not perfect of course I mean the sauce, no brainer for lettuce and croutons. Service was great and fast. I didn’t dine in but place looks fun clean and cozy. Not sure if I’ll try it again.

My Italian Calzone become a medley mix of cheeses. It was not my fault they failed to communicate with each other that there was no more Mozerella and/or other ingredients necessary to make the calzone.
Dishonesty about finding mozerella slices was wrong. The “Italian” calzone was made with cheddar cheese.
11/06/22 around noon, my boyfriend and I decided to eat here.
The Italian Calzone is absolutely delicious!!!!!!
I ordered a small smoked turkey sandwich, and it was great!
Schlotzsky’s has great and tasty food selections.
The wait time may have been longer than anticipated…
I was also shocked to see that the staff didn’t check their bread display basket. The breads were moldy. I figured they were plastic replicas of the types of sandwich breads they sell, but…NOPE.
The floors were dirty–like the floors weren’t swept or passed a wet mop in months!

Poor customer service. Was basically thrown our food because it was raining. The sandwich wasn’t cut correctly and fell apart. We basically ate a salad with bread on the side instead of a turkey and avocado sandwich. Will not come here again.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The employees are friendly and personable. The new manager, Tony, is professional, friendly and makes great effort to know the customers and their names. I personally get the cheese original with jalapeño chips. These chips are honestly the absolute best! I’d buy them in a huge bag if available.
