Love Schlotzsky’ and there isn’t one where I live so when traveling seek them out. This appears to be an old one. Could use some updating
Service was excellent and i have high expectations so they were very friendly and good. Food was good however i’ve had better at other Schlotzsky’s. I do recommend and would go back.

I ordered the French dip and a giant at that the sandwich cost me $21 cut in four pieces only three pieces actually had any meat the other three pieces it was well was not adequate and the au jus well it was thin colored water tasteless the potato soup was thin watery soup no thickness and a couple of bits of potato the worst meal I have ever had God I want my money back $48 for this meal and it sucks you know what horrible don’t order from these people

Ordered from this location to break up the monotony of hospital food from Wesley Medical Center and was incredibly disappointed. Sandwiches were mostly fine, but the baked potato soup was luke-warm and must have been scooped from the bottom of a very old batch as it was very separated, and had the texture of overcooked grits rather than a hearty potato soup. My husband didn’t see a single employee up front at pick up, and the cinnamon rolls displayed looked as if they’d been there for days.

Rude employees, came to pick an Uber Eats order and waited over 30 minutes while other people who came in after me kept getting their orders. I tried talking to someone but they were very rude and just told me to continue to wait. Wouldn’t come to this specific location if possible lol, so rude for no reason and I tried to be nice.

My brother and I just stopped by the Central and Woodlawn Schlotzskys to get some of their great sandwiches. I ordered my favorite the original, but this time got the deluxe which has more meat. The sandwich was very good. And the woman at the drive through was nice too. Great job Central and Woodlawn Schlotzskys!

So on my last visit I brought my family again. This time my son wanted his pizza 4 his birthday 🙂
Katilyn went above and beyond to make him happy as she knows how he likes his pizza!! Amazing service once again! Then CJ added his awesome customer service and it was another great visit!!!!

I was met with the same smile and great energy by Katilyn, and this time, JT. Pizzas are scrumptious!! Again, my children are satisfied and eating away right now. I’m awesome, no cooking for me, and as always, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOP TIER. O yeah, Kaitlyn told me of all the perks with the app so yes I downloaded 🙂 Thanks again. I have a blast everytime I walk thru these doors. Just amazing!!!
Katilyn, if I’m remembering names correctly, is the manager and Nick are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Nick was so patient as I had 21 questions like 50 cent lol, and she either answered or found the answer. Katelyn, manager, helped so much because there were some hiccups, but she went above and beyond to fix issues. This was my first time trying along with my children. The pizzas with that mac & cheese have my children satisfied on a Friday night!! Yesss!!! Customer service was AWESOME! Thank you both for a wonderful 1st time experience!!! I hope you all enjoy your shift ! See you again real soon 🙂

Their store hour state that they are open till 9:00pm, I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:44pm and the employee was sitting in their car and drove off. This is not the first time this has happened. If you say your open till 9:00pm then you should be able to order food till 9:00pm!

The pizzas are just cheese and bread and a very very very small dried smudge of marinara. Bring back the old pesto marinara. The new pizza is flavorless.
