Even though we came in about an hour and 15 minutes before closing we still got wonderful service. Everyone was super nice and the food tasted amazing. We would definitely like to return here if we ever come back to the Perry fair. Two of us got the pot pie with hash browns on top. The other two got the kids meal with a cheeseburgers the last person he got chicken tenders.

As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a family bundle meal that included steak tips and chicken tenders, along with 40 oz of mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. I also asked for a side of sautéed onions and was told it would be an extra charge, which I agreed to.
When I got home, I realized the gravy and the sautéed onions were missing. I returned to the store to get the missing items, expecting them to match a family-sized order. Instead, the worker gave me the smallest cups of gravy and onions, which was not nearly enough for a family bundle meal. This was extremely disappointing.
On top of that, the biscuits were hard and not fluffy at all, and the steak tips were not cooked medium well as I requested. To make matters worse, I originally wanted to order the fried chicken family meal, but they were out of chicken. I settled for what was available, and unfortunately, I truly regretted that decision.
Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations, especially as a loyal customer. The service, food quality, and portion sizes were very disappointing, and I hope this location improves its attention to detail and customer satisfaction

We stopped at Cracker Barrel in Perry GA yesterday. The hostess Betty was absolutely delightful and took time to visit with us. Val our server was just as wonderful, friendly, accommodating and actually seemed to enjoy providing a great experience. It was so pleasant, upon checking out we asked to see the manager. I truly believe, when a job is well done, the staff needs the acalaids need to be expressed. The manger I believe was named James. His upbeat attitude definitely showed in the atmosphere of the store. To top it off the food was very good!

Came in about a few months back had a bad experience, wrote it off as a 1 time issue. Came in tonight and service and food was even worse. Had a waitress that knew nothing about menu. Didnt even know about about the two for 19 menu. Comes with appetizer and two entrees. Got appetizer well after we got our dinners. We had to ask for drinks multiple times. Food was either overcooked or undercooked. Biscuits were burnt and hard. Place was empty, so cant blame it on being busy. Apparently hashbrown casserole is very underdone hashbrowns about 3 bites worth. Apparently this place likes to give folks dirty to go containers. This place needs to close. Bathroom was disgusting, trash was full sinks were disgusting and floor was wet. Mentioned this and no one seems to care.

We were there around 2:30, so not busy at all. Our first server had a table of 8 and took quite a while to ask for our drink order. When we said we were ready to order, she said she didn’t have her pad and would be right back. She never came back. Eventually Clay came to our rescue and delivered excellent service for the remainder of our visit.
The food was good, but lukewarm, so not great. The hash brown casserole was dry. The hash brown shepherds pie was tasty, but barely warm. The ribs were just average.

Avoid this location! I waited over 40 minutes for my food just to be served raw chicken . We were the only table in there too. No apology was given and only a yeah we told the chef. Left having my appetite immediately gone.

The food here was awesome. The waitress was attentive and everything was hot. The noise level was unbearable as the store as the roof is being repaired during store hours and creative seating is required to ensure falling debris doesn’t land in your plate. They probably should have closed for a couple days and avoided the chaos.

Extremely disappointed. On the road on Thanksgiving day and decided to stop for lunch here because it was having a Thanksgiving menu. After a long wait for a table, we were seated. Ended up waiting at the table for our food longer than the wait to be seated. Waitress seemed to not want to serve us as her attitude was observed to be different between our table and others. Simply unacceptable service. Had to go ask a supervisor to look into our order as others that were seated around the same time and even those after us was already eating. Food immediately came out, warm, no where closed to the temperture cooked food should be. Overall, nothing special to mention about this place. The waitress that served us needs to be trained, or retrained. Her service made me not to ever want to eat at Cracker Barrel again. Any fast food place would score better than this visit.

Just left the restaurant at 8:45. I ordered the meatloaf. It was literally refrigerator cold my hash was old rubbery and hard. My wife got salmon that was completely raw on the inside. We sent it back so they can re-Koch the same piece waited another 15 minutes. They brought us a new piece of salmon and was completely frozen. She said she would ask the manager to take it off the bill as though she was doing us a favor. Manager never came to apologize for giving us two pieces of salmon. My wife didn’t even eat dinner. I didn’t even complain about the meatloaf. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.
