Food is great and has that Macalisters vibe, but more on the go. I have done lunches here several times and the line usually isn’t overly busy. Prices are moderate, but the quality reflects this. The staff are friendly and the environment is pretty clean. I would recommend!

Came in at 7:40, 20 minutes before close. Lady who checked me out was so rude, very unfriendly. Then while I was waiting for my sandwich she proceeded to come to the soda counter and started slamming things around. No name tag so I can’t tell you what her name is but she wore glasses and had a black lace bandanna over her head. It sucks to go to a restaurant and be treated that way. Why? Because I came in 20 minutes to closing time? Tired of these places treating customers like crap.

Service was great. However, their pizzas have a lot to be desired. The crust was more like a slice of toasted bread, with the consistency of such, way to much marinara sauce, and too little of other toppings. I will stick to my go-to of a turkey bacon ranch on sourdough bread from now on when I go there.

The jalapeno chips here are to die for.
They also have cinnabun.
And those are just things that aren’t sandwiches. I prefer the food here over a place like subway, because it feels more substantial and tastes better. Plus, jalapeno chips.

We are driving across the country. We saw this Schlotzsky’s amd got so excited since it’s been years and years since we’ve seen one.
I placed an online order for the family deal
4 medium sandwiches, 4 chips, and 4 cookies.
One of our family members went and picked it up.
The sandwiches has hardly any meat or cheese on them. We didn’t get any of the chips we ordered. They just threw in what they wanted. The cookies weren’t what we ordered either and were all broken.
Schlotzsky’s has went down the tube. So sad.

Today i was feeling suicidal, i was going to end it all. The second i got noscoped on Fortnite, i pointed the gun to my head. Then i saw an add for Schlotzsky’s. Second i layed eyes on this beautiful creation of a sandwich, i became obsessed. I instantly started devouring it. I finished the whole meal in 30 seconds. This cured my depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, gave me my leg back, and made me the best version of myself. 5 stars.

This time though, the experience was not so great. After seeing a handful of orders after mine got picked up, I asked and was told they did not have my order. I gave my receipt and they then slowly prepared it as if I were in the wrong. Not even a sorry.

Love this sandwich shop, it’s a must try. I highly recommend the smoke bacon cheesy. Salads are great also, fresh quality ingredients. Hits the spot! Great customer service every time.
