I have ordered build your own/mini-catering from this location before and have had no issues. I always get extra chicken with my order which is $7 and it’s always placed in the medium plastic container (see picture 1, “extra chicken” is placed on top of the chicken that comes with the build your own (BYO)). Today, I ordered the BYO chicken with extra chicken and noticed it was in one of the red containers they place large sides in. I went back to ask the manager on duty if the red container has the same proportion size as the container I always get it in (I held up the container the lettuce was in as example). She said that the red cup is the right proportion. Surely the red container is not worth $7 of chicken. I took a look at the prices on the Chipotle app and found the high protein cup on their high protein menu. That cup, which was the same cup my “extra chicken” is in is listed as $3.85. I showed her the price online and she proceeds to say that the online pricing is wrong??? Mind you, she just told me that she didn’t know the pricing of the high protein cup. She also prints out my receipt and saw I paid $7 for extra chicken, and proceeds to reach her same conclusion as before. Then, we go back and forth and she gives me another cup of chicken, but she does not give me the extra cup nicely. Rather, there’s some attitude there.
Honestly, this chipotle has never failed me, and I am typically mindful of how things can be when it gets busy (as I worked here before as a teen). However, receiving poor customer service from the manager (emphasis on “manager”) left a sour taste in my mouth. Therefore, I will gladly take my service some place elsewhere, and I wish this place the best! General advice: it’s okay to admit that you are wrong! That’s how you grow ☺️. Cheers

For Chipotle, food is fine. Not the issue. For the life of me, I cannot figure out while at lunch & dinner hours (their busiest) they only have one person working the line. No one has any sense of urgency and the service is just bizarre. If this is a staffing issue, then just have more people overlap those hours. Hoping this gets to management because with the Bellevue store opening this year, your business will be hit. It took 15 minutes to get through the line. That’s absurd. It takes me 30 seconds to order my meal. The priority placed on pick-up orders during the busiest times is also stupid, short sighted, and undeserving to your customers in front of you.

When I first moved here this place was my favorite to go to. Now it’s just a wreck and seems to have been for the past 4months at least if not more. The food line is always a mess, and there has been multiple occasions where I have received things in my food that I didn’t ask for due to food dropping in other bins and the scoop just gets all the mess that fell in. A friend and I ordered food at 9pm today and they were out of so much. No carne asada and no chips, no vinaigrette. The chips were to only be used for online orders yet the store is open till 11pm. Also the drink area being out of a lot, also a mess and then ice completely mounded on the grate of the machine.
This has been my experience the past couple of times and the staff doesn’t seem to mind any of this at all. I love chipotle and don’t want to have to find another store. Hoping to see this place get cleaned up soon and back to the nice and clean environment it was before.

We use this store regularly but this order was absolutely horrific. We ordered the catering bundle on the app and it was a train wreck and because the bags were sealed we could not check. We asked if everything was there and the sour cream and cheese were missing. The chicken was totally burnt and tasted like charcoal. The bins with rice and others were half empty and it was just totally unacceptable. We tried to call for 20 minutes and could not get a live body and kept getting directed to the email to complain but we were 10 minutes away and couldn’t go back due to having to feed our family. $60 wasted.

The dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for hours, and the drink station was covered in ice…
I stopped going here over 3 years ago due to the poor management, rude employees (including their manager at the time), and lack of cleanliness… Apparently, nothing has changed. Happy New Year.

Dear Chipotle Team,
I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the consistent decline in food quality and service at your location. My most recent visit was extremely disappointing — the food was cold, the prep station was messy and unsanitary, and both of our burrito bowls were incorrect.
This is not an isolated incident. It’s the third time in a row that my order has been wrong, which shows a clear lack of attention to quality and customer care. I’ve tried to be patient and give your team the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, I will not be returning. For the same price, I’d rather visit the Mexican restaurant across the street, where the food is hot, accurate, and served in a clean environment.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made for future customers.

Every time I mobile order; something is wrong. This location is trained to not put extra anything on mobile orders- rice is always hard. The employees and management don’t care, the reviews alone should be worrisome to corporate. This location needs shut down.

Food and the service is an absolute joke. 8pm on a Saturday night and you have only one person working the main with a line full of people, while you have other people in the back just walking around. Its ridiculous that with 3 hours of business left you leave the main line understaffed. Along with the service the food is a joke, no flavor, cold and absolutely unappetizing. I would call back for new food but im sure it wouldn’t be any better tbh. Would rate 0 stars if i could especially since they will do nothing about it to make it right. Joke of a franchise
