This is burned up paper of some kind that was inside my husband’s sandwich tonight. To know he consumed their trash is absolutely disgusting! We go to this location cause they typically do a good job but both of us tasted something weird in our food tonight, and he’s the only one that checked.

On Sept. 6th, 2025 @ 5:54 pm, we stopped at Schlotzsky’s 1316 N Glenstone Ave for dinner. While in the Store, noticed a window poster (See Photo) advertisement, $5.00 Pizzas after 5pm & decided to order Two Pizzas. When ordering, the counter associate informed us that offer is NOT valid. I pointed at the window poster & He politely asked if I wanted to speak to the Manager. The Manager, informed me, She can NOT honor the advertised offer. I pointed her the window poster! She said, “After 5pm the price of Pizza is $10.00 and she was waiting for new poster for the replacement and RUDELY marched off back to the food prep area. No Apology offered. The initial Counter associate was polite and apologetic. The Counter associate would be the PERFACT replacement for the Manager who was on duty that day.

The bread is absolutely Amazing at this location! Learned that the top baker has been working for the company over 15 years and at this location over the last 10 years! I have gone in and ordered just the bread as a special order for when I have a family gathering and it is always a hit!

The pizza was pretty good. Nothing special but the crust is really good, and came out pretty quickly. There was only one person working the front and they were a little busy running orders, restocking, and then coming to take our order. I would come back here and try something other than the pizza.

I have patronized this restaurant several times and have always for the most part had pretty good service and food. The dining room is usually pretty clean as are the bathrooms. The reason for the one star review is that time and time again when you scan your loyalty app at the checkout in the store you do not get your points. I have reached out to their corporate office to attempt to get this fixed and they don’t even bother to respond. So while this may be a great restaurant I don’t care to patronize places where the corporate office is above their customers and can’t fix their needs. There’s clearly something going on with the ordering system in the restaurant and their corporate office doesn’t seem to care. So neither do I and I will not eat at your competitors.

Went through the drive through 10 mins after they’re open, tell the drive thru worker we need a second to look at the menu and then we started saying hey we are ready, a lady comes out smoking a cigarette and carrying boxes. Proceeds to put them into the dumpster next to us one by one, smoking, asks us if anyone has answered and we say no one is answering us, she runs inside cigarette in hand and then comes on the drive thru microphone saying sorry about your wait. What an actual disrespectful joke

I stop in every time I am in Springfield. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Today Raven was so kind and provided great service. I wanted to tip her from the credit card transaction but it wasnt offered. Great job Raven and team.

Ordered 3 sandwiches (1 original and 2 roast beef) on 11/2/2025 at approximately 1100 am. I order them small and the original with no mustard. Got the sandwiches and they were all large in a plastic tray (good god they were big) with mustard. Server said well you got a free upgrade when I told her the original had mustard her response was oh well you got a free upgrade and we do not remake sandwiches. My order cost $30.00. I would hate to know how much 3 large sandwiches would have been. With all the sandwiches being large it was a ay to much food for 3 people. The employees working that day need to be given training and work ethics class they had bad attitude. At least the sandwiches were good we have leftovers for dinner and lunch the next day.
