Ashley and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was right!!!! Every time I come in they are all very nice and courteous!! I’m not sure how long Ashley has been there but it seems like the environment has been different since she’s been on the scene!! Congratulations to an AMAZING manager!!! GO ASHLEY!!! Update 6.9.2024: We went back this weekend since we were on that side of town and wanted to give them another try. This experience was much better. The food was delicious and the service was great. The cashier was friendly and experienced. When I went to get my drink my cup slipped out of my hand (luckily empty). I bent down and literally before I lifted up the cashier was saying “no, no, no….we don’t do that”. She had a new cup outstretched to me immediately.
Previous Review: We ate at Scholtzsky’s for the first time in a long time recently. It had intentionally been a while because we had such a bad experience during our previous visit. Unfortunately, this experience was not much better. The cashier was having trouble entering the order into the system so she asked the manager for help. The manager was extremely rude to her which is not only bad management but it is also unprofessional to act that way in front of customers. The food itself was pretty good but not worth the drive across town.

Had lunch at this location today. The manager, Nikki was very nice and had my order done quick and it was perfect! The restaurant was clean and the staff did a great job of keeping the tables wiped down which I really appreciated. This will be a regular spot for me. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!

I am in love with this place. Visited for the first time last weekend. The deli sliced chicken sandwich was fantastic and served up with a pickle spear. On the side i got their magnificent Mac and cheese! So creamy! While we ate inside, there was a nice elderly man there striking up convos with customers. I noticed he was giving away cookies and chips. When we spoke to him, it was the owner. Enjoyed our conversation and really enjoyed the food. Such a nice man and a nice sub shop. Will go back.

Would leave a zero star if could. Drove up here from almost Garrard County 25 minutes to come here and arrived at 8:13pm. Google and even the sign on their door says they’re open till 9pm but they were already closed and I had drove all the way up there for nothing. You got to love it when places just decide to close whenever they feel like it. Beyond bad service Do ALOT better. Visited Monday, February 2nd, 2026

The food was good but not great. There was no rye for the rueben sandwich, so sour dough was used. The Cinnabon was very dry on the outside. Service was courteous, and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere.

Outrageously long wait for not many people in the restaurant. The sandwich was not on par for what this place used to be. Meat was cold, toppings were not in the correct proportions. Employees need to be evaluated more carefully before they are given jobs

I’ve eaten at a lot of Schlotzsky’s and it is always great, but something was wrong with our visit today. Placed our order like normal and sat down. Never heard our number called (number 24), and quite a bit of time had passed. I looked at my receipt and there were all kinds of different items listed but they were voided. Our order was on the receipt below all of the voided items. I figured that must have been the problem as to why our number hadn’t been called in over 15 minutes. I brought my receipt up to the food window and the employee looked at our receipt and had no record of making the food. He told me it would be right out, which in about 10 minutes, it was. I ordered the BBQ chicken jalapeno pizza. When I got it, there was almost no chicken at all on it, (see pic). My wife ordered the turkey original. Her sandwich was missing Salami, olives, onions and lettuce (see pic). We do not have a Schlotzsky’s in Florida and look forward to eating here every chance we get. Sadly, this was a disappointment.

I ordered the deluxe original sandwich. It did not come with tomatoes or onion or olives like it supposed to. When I went back to say something. The lady said they where out of this toppings. Not to mention fruit flies every where. They had no lemonade. This place is a joke. On top of that my meat was cold. I’m very disappointed being a first time customer. Also when my name was called. I heard a employee in the back crack a joke about my name. This page should be shut down

1st timer!!! Ummm let’s just say I’m not going to count this out completely. I’ll have to try something else. I wasn’t pleased with my food at all. However, at the sametime I didn’t know what to order. What I do know is that I won’t be getting that anymore. The chips was great and the brownie was moist and absolutely delicious
