It’s easy to spot as it’s the Mexican food place with Easter decorations in August… The cheese enchilada was literally a tortilla rolled up with cheese. When you sit down don’t look at the ceiling as the duct taped up vents with tremendous visible water stains might give you concern on what the kitchen looks like. On the upside it’s relatively cheap.

I have been here several times in the past and this restaurant continues to improve. None the less, there are still some of the basics that I feel in my opinion that remain the same; basic yet highly important for a better experience and service to the community and passersby.
Attention to the quality of food is critical. My food came out burnt a bit at the ends of the flautas.
The bathrooms are small; only one person can be in it at a time. I had three people knocking on the door while I was there. They were not the cleanest either.
The atmosphere inside and outside was good! The service was good too.
Prices were reasonable.

Wasn’t impressed. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The salsa is kind of bland and tasted a but sour. Margaritas are 90% s&s. Not good.
Ordered shrimp and rice, it was good. Wife ordered Fajitas, they were also bland and just not good. The service is just about the same. Asked for corn tortillas with the Fajitas and didn’t get them until we were almost finished. 2 stars. Likely won’t return. Too many other options for decent quality Mexican food.

This place was awesome! It was also good seeing Senator Jeffrey Humphrey. The staff were very friendly and funny. Our food was out less then 5 minutes after we ordered it, nice and hot.

We arrived just before the dinner rush. The chips and salsa were brought to our table. They were the lightest crispiest tortilla chips! The salsa appeared to be fresh based on the tomato skin in the salsa. And it was really good too.
Our server took the order, and the food was on the table quickly.
And the food, ohhh my, was it delicious! I got the fajita quesadilla. It was bursting with flavor! I can’t wait to eat the leftovers. The beans and rice were very good too.
Hubbs got a burrito and was happy with it, too.
I’m new to the area and I can’t wait for my family and friends to come visit so I can bring them here!

Food was delicious, smaller than I expected, but for the lunch price is was a good deal. The charro beans were delicious.
Anyone looking for a kitty this one hangs out at the back of the restaurant, it was so sweet and hungry. If only I could of taken it! I hope it finds a good home.

My husband and I went there for the first time this past weekend. We both enjoyed it and think it’s probably the best in the area that we live in, but there’s probably some things that we would and/or would not order again. I would actually give this restaurant between a 3 1/2 and four and my husband said probably a 3. First, I got a single spinach enchilada with sour cream sauce and it was delectable. I would give it a five, I believe it’s the best one I’ve ever had. I also got tortilla soup and rice with Charro beans. I would never order the Charro beans again and I really was displeased with the taste of them. They looked really good and I was excited when I saw them, but as soon as I tasted them, I knew I didn’t like them. To me, they tasted burnt. My husband did like them, however, and he would give them about a four. I think it probably matters on your personal taste. I liked the rice, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it clearly was not the worst I’ve ever had. On the tortilla soup, I think I would give that about a three. I would give it a five for quantity, but it tasted pretty flat to me, not a lot of flavor. I brought a big bulk of it home and after the seasonings seem to blend together more and I added salt, it definitely tasted better. I don’t think I would ever order it again from this restaurant, but I’m glad it tasted better after I brought it home. My husband got a combo enchilada platter that had red sauce on the enchiladas with a lot of lettuce on them. He is not a red sauce lover on top of his enchiladas and so he really did not enjoy them very much. He also got a tamale and he did not think it was very good either. He didn’t like it because it seemed to have ground meat in it rather than stewed meat. He did like the refried beans and rice and we both liked their chips and hot sauce.
I think we would try this restaurant again, but there are clearly some things we would and would not get.

Came in with low expectations… As a traveler, passing through from Texas, in route to Missouri. So. We walk in and after a brief moment, the busy waiter, gets us and has us sit in the nearest both. Chips and salsa came within 2 minutes. They were perfect. Chips were crisp but not rigid. Salsa was chunky, but overly spicy (although I like it spicier). The drinks were a fraction of what we pay for them in Dallas, as was the food. Portions were PERFECT! FAJITAS we’re amazing. Shrimp w/beef. Overall, the place was under construction and could use an ac overhaul. The odor of the grease trap or floor drains could easily be fixed with a purchase from Amazon for less than 12.00. It would be easy to give them a 4 even a 3. But honestly…I was here for 2 things. Cheap food & cheap drinks. I will be back!
