Love Schlotzsky’s! We no longer have one near home, so when we find one while traveling we have to stop. Our sandwiches were delicious, and the mini pecan roll was especially good. The service was quick and filled correctly.

I wish we had liked the sandwiches, but we just didn’t. The restaurant was super clean, the staff was so nice, and the location was convenient. I ordered a 1/2 Original and a 1/2 Orchard salad. The sandwich was really dry and the sourdough bun was chewy and hard to eat. There just wasn’t any flavor. My friend had the whole Original w/chips and felt the same way. My kiddo had a grilled cheese and added ham. She said the ham was tasty, but she also had trouble with the bun. She devoured the chocolate chip cookie, though! I did like the Orchard salad w/vinaigrette…the goat cheese! Yum! If we do go back in the future, we will opt for something other than the Original. Maybe a sandwich with au jus or a side of soup to dip the bread in.

Restrooms are NOT wheelchair friendly At All. They’ve listed that they have wheelchair friendly restrooms on the Google listing and that is far from the truth.

Came in this Restaurant today around 1:30 pm and the atmosphere was very nice and the establishment was very clean. The young lady who took my order was so polite and friendly. When I received my order the food was prepared in a professional manner and the taste and flavors were incredible. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to the staff for a very enjoyable experience.

My 1st experience was kind of frustrating but the food was so good. I spent about 30.00. I went through drive thru and the level of patience they don’t have. I was asking questions and its like they were frustrated, they were offering me stuff they didn’t have. It was a mess but over all the food was good tho. Probably won’t be bk to this location in Particular but its one closer to my house..

You need to clean your restaurant. The tables look terrible. The paint has come off. The upholstery is torn on the seats. It feels and looks like a dump. I deleted my high rating from years ago. Do something about it!

My favorite deli sandwich ever! Bread is delicious! My go-to is the angus and beef on sourdough. Restaurant is clean, the staff was the friendliest of all the places we have eaten in the Jackson MS area. They were all little busy bees!
