Loved it! I’d never been before and my husband hasn’t been in prob 15 years, so we weren’t sure if it was gonna live up to the hype, but it did! The meat tasted delicious and the sandwiches were huge. If/when we go back, I wouldn’t get the meal deal ($3.90 to add a medium drink and chips), and maybe get some soup instead. Still yummy, though!

My son and I went here tonight for the two deals Schlotsky’s was running today. One was a $2.99 original sandwich in four different varieties. The other was $29.99 cinnamon rolls for 52 weeks of for a BOGO entree offer. This location did have both offers available when I checked online. When I arrived only two of the original sandwich choices were offered at the discount. I had to order something else since I didn’t like either of those choices. I was told that it was at the discretion of the owner, which is stated on Schlotsky’s website. I ordered my favorite sandwich instead. It was good. The cinnamon rolls were my other purchase. The owner told me to take the cinnamon rolls already prepacked on the table. I did, they looked terrible in comparison to the rolls in the warmer. They looked dried out and overcooked. When I got home I fixed them for my family they were missing the gooey filling I love about Cinnabon rolls. They were dried out. Hopefully this is not the typical experience with this location. I will give them another chance.

I hate to BTA, but I paid for double meat on a small original sandwich, and was underwhelmed. It was a surprise meal for my husband, but I was the one surprised. In a positive note, they packed the refrigerated toppings separately from the hot sandwich since I had to drive to West Cobb.

You really pulled a fast one on me today, Schlotzsky’s. I ordered a Beef Bacon Smokecheesy sandwich, substituting smoked turkey for the beef. When I got home, I discovered I’d been given a bland turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato — not even close to what I ordered.
I’d appreciate a refund so I can come back in and purchase the correct sandwich. For reference, the order was under Chad, placed on January 11 around 2:30 PM.
To make matters worse, I initially tried ordering online, but the Schlotzsky’s website wouldn’t process Apple Pay. On top of that, a $0.31 fee was added to help pay for the restaurant’s app and website. That part of the experience was frustrating as well, and it seems the website could use some attention.

Update: So much better than it used to be. Food has always been good but the place was a dump. I think they have new ppl running it and they do a very good job. The original is always my favorite.

We stopped by a local Schlotzsky”s, while we are vacationing nearby. It did not disappoint! They were very clean, friendly and brought our food out pretty quickly! There is nothing like the Original Sandwich! This is a must stop for lunch.

Outstanding service—especially the manager, who was incredibly helpful. The food was amazing as always. Their pizza promotion on Wednesdays and weekends after 5 PM is an unbeatable deal!

I give this place a “ZERO” I will never go here again. They will not accept my Cinnabon coupon when it clearly says its for their location. What a joke this place is, plus the restaurant is not clean as I expect it to be.
