If I could give this location in Florence SC a negative rating, I would. I ordered a med chicken fiesta meal and my guy ordered a plain turkey bacon….only turkey lettuce and bacon….we specified this specifically to the girl taking the order. Sat down and waited at least 40 minutes for our food….and people who had ordered in the drive thru were coming inside and waiting…girl bringing out the food kept wandering around with trays trying to find where the food belonged. I finally went and stood by kitchen, along with many others, waiting for our food….several orders just sitting in the window with no numbers being called out…and the same girl wandering around with food was the one running the register, taking orders….so my food finally came up and I grabbed it and went back to the table. His sandwich had tomato which it wasn’t supposed to…thank God no mayo cause he hates it. My sandwich had a tiny bit of meat in the middle and the bread was different than I remember….and we paid over $30. I will NEVER go to this location EVER again. I was so excited to eat there because it had been years since I had seen a Schlotzsky’s…..VERY disappointed.

Came here to grab something sweet after dinner. Ordered 2 cinnamon buns and a cup of water. I had to ask for them because they were listed on the drive through menu. They were not bad, but the middle was a bit uncooked. Other than that they were pretty good, especially hot!

I bought the Big Bacon Smokecheesy with turkey. It was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The drive thru staff was nice and my order was ready to go. I really like this place. I would eat there again.

Not the deli I remember them to be. Food was over priced and stale/rubbery. Got a small beef and bacon sandwich and a Cinabon price was 16.00$. sandwich had 2 pieces of glass maker bacon (so thin you could see thru it) and four slices of beef with half a slice of cheese. Bun was both hard and stale while somehow being rubbery in the middle. Cinabon was at least 2 days old and hard as a brick. will never go back again.

Two wrongs made it very right. My wife ordered a salad and drink. After I paid and went to the table, I noticed on the receipt that it was rung up as a side salad. My wife went to the window to tell them she wanted a full size salad expecting to pay the difference. They didn’t ask for additional money then, so we figured we would pay when it was ready. They never asked for the additional cost. Nice unexpected bonus.
The bun on my sandwich was a little soggy from pickle juice, but had more meat on it than usual.
Good meal with a bonus. We would recommend.

Garbage all over the front entrance. Cockroach laid out in dinning area. Took 10 minutes to get assistance after two associates looked right at us and didn’t say a word. We love this restaurant but, have now decided to eat elsewhere. Total disappointment across the board.

The cashier was watching TV on her table at a table when we walked in. She continued at the counter while we ordered. We tried to ask a question about an item, and she shrugged her shoulders. I got the French dip, and the dipping was thick, almost like a syrup and super bitter. The tea was sour, and my husband’s bread on his sandwich was so hard. He couldn’t even bite it.
We drive an hour once or twice a month to come there and we were very disappointed with everything.

Always out of main ingredients Lettuce & Bread. Closed sparactically Online information never up to date. Per Manager OWNER is aware of all the complaints. Very poor business practice especially for a high end fast food restaurant. Only reason I gave 1 Star is because whenever they are open the food is good.
