Ordered an unagi roll (eel, avocado, eel sauce) and a salmon roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber)
I they replaced the avocado on the Unagi roll with cucumber and left out the avocado entirely on the salmon roll.
They also have two Food Safety Inspection signs, one from April, 2024 (the one they have displayed clearly) that gives it a rating of Excellent and one from November 2024 (which is harder to see unless you look behind the refrigerator in the front) that gives a rating of Okay.
The prices are good, the boba was good, but the combination of ingredients swapped out for cheaper ingredients, or just left out entirely and the up to date Food Safety Rating placard being hidden leaves me feeling weird about coming back.

This little neighborhood sushi spot is a hidden gem. The sushi tasted great and the prices were good. It’s nothing fancy as there is just an indoor takeout counter and outdoor seating, which was perfectly shaded just before close. All of the food came in a bag with takeout containers rather than plates – not sure if that’s cuz we came in a little before close or if that’s how they always do it.

A quick counter serve where your sushi is made within 5 feet of you once you order. I LOVE this place, been here twice already and hoping it sticks around. The owners also run the cute grocery next door, which sells mostly East Asian pantry essentials and some nontraditional produce.
The sushi at 756 is so tender and the rolls are prepared with care towards a balanced bite. Each individual plate comes with the expected soy sauce, wasabi paste, and pickled ginger. I’ve ordered the salmon roll, Seattle roll, and maguro nigiri thus far and been so pleased with each order.
The taro and plain milk tea boba are also great!! The ingredients might be standardly sourced, but the boba is just the right chew and the tea is not too sweet.
The staff are welcoming without being overwhelming and pushy, and I haven’t waited more than 5-10 minutes for my order. Can’t wait to see you all again next time.

Very nice, friendly, small, family owned restaurant mainly for takeout. We especially liked the drinks (mango smoothie and boba tea) and the musubi. We plan to come back to try the long list of fun drinks. My son enjoyed the sushi too. They also have a delicious mocha cake with a dark espresso flavor.

This spot is a super casual and quaint spot near the Van Asselt area. The sushi was super fresh and the prices were very fair.
756 Sushi had sushi, bubble tea, fried popcorn chicken, and desserts. We got a dragon roll and the combo and felt that it was a nice light meal for 2. The workers were nice and the order came out quickly. There is no indoor seating but everything comes as a to go order anyway.

This is the new fav boba spot! $5 boba can’t be beat. I even brought a reuseable boba cup and she filled it up for me 🙂 Lychee green tea is my go to order. Their lychee jelly boba dessert is also delicious. And their avocado and cucumber rolls too!

Great little sushi and boba tea place. There are shaded outdoor tables for dine in. We had the California, spicy tuna, and tempura shrimp rolls. All were fresh, delicious, and made on the spot. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend it!
